I purchased these for steak pitas and stir fry. The first serving I cooked foe the pita and it was not good. The secons time i used it for stir fry and it was delicious. My guess is that I didn't cook it long enough for the pita. But for the stir fry I cooked it nice and slow and it was perfect.

A great way to feed the family for cheap

The meat has a very different texture and flavor. Not good.
