This is a great product, you can smoke it like bacon, or cook like pork chops, battered and deep fried. I just throw mine in the air Fryer

Excellent quality but I wish I could buy a 2-4 lb piece that isn't sliced and has the skin on. Crispy skin is good when you roast a large piece.

I enjoyed this! Seasoned with honey garlic seasoning (from Sam's), sliced and cooked in air fryer- delicious! Also, sliced and cooked with brussels sprouts! Super Yummy!!!

The way it was cut it made it easy to absorb the seasoning. It did not have a lot of fat but for the dish I was preparing was a perfect cut of pork belly
