Been looking for a while for Pork Belly... most stores around here think 'bacon' is pork belly... what a shame... great when prepared in any Asian style cuisine or just grilled plain and dressed with your favorite BBQ sauce...

This is a very nice cut to work with. It was our very first time to cook pork belly and the results were very good. Remember to season without fear to achieve a good result. Recommended.

Literally 85-90% of each slice is mostly fat.. I did do delivery so maybe next time I need to go into the store myself. I really am disappointed because this looks nothing like the picture at all. I do believe I wasted my money. They system will not allow me to upload a photo which is another problem.

We tried cooking part of this in the air fryer. Seemed tough and not much flavor. Then we fried the rest like bacon. It was pretty good that way. Maybe I didn’t cook it long enough in the air fryer? Also, made a big greasy mess in the air fryer.

I purchased this to make pork belly burnt ends, thinking the pre-sliced portions would make prep work easier. It does, if you don't mind eating mini burnt end slices! Don't get me wrong, this is a really good pork product, think of it as extra-thick bacon slices. If you want to make pork belly burnt ends, get the unsliced pork belly slab instead and cube it yourself so the pork are truly 1"x1" pork belly chunks.

Adds nicely to pork chops. Delicious
