I trim these into 1" lengths, smoke them and then make burnt ends out of them. Admittedly after I cut them there are some really fatty pieces I through away but still a great value and delicious.

Love the pork belly trays! These are great for a quick snack or a meal on keto. I read somewhere that the "best" and preferably only pork cut is the pork belly due to it's fatty acid profile. I need to add fat to my diet oftentimes and since this is not a cured meat like bacon, it's pretty clean for me and keeps me in ketosis.

Love this item! Perfect thickness for Korean BBQ. I like to cook the slices on the grill with some kimchi. When the meat is cooked through I cut them into bite sizes with cooking shears and eat them with the cooked kimchi with some short grain rice. Sometimes I add some steamed tofu on the side and it's like the holy trinity (pork, kimchi, tofu). The meat at Sam's is always first rate. And the best value too.

I BBQ’d these on a Traeger and used a rub recommended for a brisket and they turned out wonderful! You Truely need to try this.

My family absolutely loves when I cook this. I put this on a sheet pan and cook in oven with brown sugar and a little Himalayan salt

Pork belly

I'm so glad Sam's sliced heir pork belly. Previously when I purchased it, It was a chore to cut it up at home.

I didn't get a chance to make it, before it went out of code.

I thought it was bacon lol awful taste
