Sent this to my dear friend that lives WAY too far away for her birthday! It was beautiful and stayed fresh for over a week! Would for sure buy again!!

My Mom said each flower was package w/a water tube and the flowers were so incredibly fresh and brilliant! Arrived on time and packaged wonderfully. Thank you!

In the last six months I have ordered roses and other flowers a number of times. She loves them and gets about two weeks out of them before she has to get rid of them, that is better than any other place I have purchased roses for her, other places might not even get a week out of them, so Sam’s longevity is definitely superior to any others I have purchased, and they were delivered on the date promised to boot!!!! Fantastic job will definitely be recommending to others to use Sam’s club for all flower purchases!!

I wanted to cheer my niece up and these beautiful flowers did just that! She was so surprised and loved how vibrant they were and wonderfully packaged. She broke down in tears as this was her first time ever receiving flowers in such beautiful colors that looked amazing.

First order sent to wrong address with the message card with no message. Replacement order sent to correct address, but the greeting card only had recipients name, no message and no indication of who sent the flowers. Double failure, didn’t brighten anyones day. On top of it, customer service fails miserably.

The arrangement received was very skimpy and looking like the flowers were on their last leg. I notified Sam’s Club and my money was quickly returned with no problem. I was thankful that Sam’s was so generous. The thing that I actually had wanted to happen was for Sam’s to do was send my friend a fresh arrangement giving her a better feeling about Sam’s service and not refunding the money to me. Maybe what actually happened was a policy of Sam’s Club and I won’t argue with that policy. What did happen was the fact that Sam’s followed a policy and never gave me any grief over it. I definitely will use Sam’s again as I have seen many arrangements from Sam’s that were beautiful.

Was not overly impressed with the flowers. When we opened the box the flowers did not seem very fresh. Out of 4 sunflowers only one opened. Within a few days the flowers had already seen their better days. Next time we will go to Sam’s and buy them fresh!

Flowers were beautiful and fresh. However, again the gift card did not have my name on it. I would have given 5 stars. Every time I have used this service I have put in a note with my name. I have to always call and tell the recipient who sent them. Why does it have a place to add a gift card note but never puts it in with flowers?

My first time ordering from sam’s. I sent some flowers to a family member not really knowing if the flowers will look as nice as the picture. When they arrived she sent me a picture of them and I thought they were so beautiful. I loved the quality so much I decided to order some for my daughters sweet 16 party.

Received these flowers from a friend and they were so lovely I ordered them a few weeks later for another friend’s birthday. I had the chance to see these as well and they were just as lovely. Packed well, sjipped well, and stayed lovely for a long time. Good price as well.
