Received these flowers from a friend and they were so lovely I ordered them a few weeks later for another friend’s birthday. I had the chance to see these as well and they were just as lovely. Packed well, sjipped well, and stayed lovely for a long time. Good price as well.

This bouquet arrived on time and expertly packaged. Unfortunately, the flowers were not as fresh as I'd hoped. The roses in particular were a bit soft and wilted. I followed all of the directions for care, but these flowers barely lasted 2 days before they were a mess. I can attribute this in part to the heat being on in the house, but I've had less expensive flowers last longer under the same conditions. I'm a bit disappointed.

My first time ordering from sam’s. I sent some flowers to a family member not really knowing if the flowers will look as nice as the picture. When they arrived she sent me a picture of them and I thought they were so beautiful. I loved the quality so much I decided to order some for my daughters sweet 16 party.

I would give 5 stars except it wasn’t delivered on time which was for my friends birthday. It was delayed due to weather conditions. My friend loved the flowers she said they were beautiful and fresh!! Also Sam’s customer service was gracious and gave me a refund. It’s a win-win!!

Was not overly impressed with the flowers. When we opened the box the flowers did not seem very fresh. Out of 4 sunflowers only one opened. Within a few days the flowers had already seen their better days. Next time we will go to Sam’s and buy them fresh!

This was not what the flowers looked like in the picture. They weren't in good condition when they arrived and in just 4 days they were mostly wilted. This was a gift and we were quite disappointed. I won't purchase flowers again from Sam's club.

Beautiful flowers! Lasted a long time also! I was very impressed because the couple I sent them to had an emergency happen and took the box inside but didn’t open it right away. They didn’t realize what was in there because they weren’t expecting it. Two days later, when I texted, she went home and opened it and they were still alive! A week and a half later, they still were in good shape. I am impressed.

First order sent to wrong address with the message card with no message. Replacement order sent to correct address, but the greeting card only had recipients name, no message and no indication of who sent the flowers. Double failure, didn’t brighten anyones day. On top of it, customer service fails miserably.

I've ordered flowers from Sam's many, many times and have generally been very satisfied. However, this arrangement I purchased well in advance for Mother's Day is disappointing. My wife received and opened the flowers this morning and all of the roses have already begun to turn brown. Some of the other flowers are smashed or otherwise damaged and the greenery is wilted and already dying. I will be interested to see if there is any follow up from Sam's because if this is the quality they are now distributing I'll need to start shopping elsewhere.

The delivery was on time, the flowers were fresh. In person they were nowhere as full and lush looking as they were presented online. The "sunflowers" were small as were the other flowers.The number of stems corresponded with the description. The roses were lovely though. I bought these as a gift. I'm not sure that I would do that again as I was disappointed in the size.
