The flowers are great. There was a problem with the delivery. I spoke to Rose in floral customer service. Rose refunded the money and somehow got the flowers delivered on Saturday! Amazing customer service Rose!. I am going back to the customer service line and try to pay for the flowers now. These were for Mother's Day. An amazing customer experience . Thank you, Rose!

I ordered these for Mother's Day and they arrived on time but were in pretty bad shape. Some of the flowers were bent and they did not look much like the colors in the picture. I trimmed them and put them in water immediately but they probably aren't going to last more than a couple of days.

Not happy. Order flowers for my mother for delivery Friday May 8. She never received them, tracking is not available and the flower shop is closed on the weekend so my Mother does not get her flowers for Mother's Day. Thanks Sams Club. Do better. Raise my rates and service has gone downhill. Will never order flowers from Sam's Club again.
