Ice for 1 drink per hour. Terrible.

Makes 6 bullet shaped ice cubes every 10 min. Not enough ice for 1 drink till about 1 hr. Sucks. Any good reviews are pure bs.

Fan Stopped working

The fan stopped working and it no longer produces Ice. I've only had it 11 months. We used it daily and it worked great it until now.

It's supposed to make up to 26 pounds of ice a day, I'm getting about 10 pounds per day

Hi, Ron! This ice maker should be capable of producing up to 26 pounds of ice in a day, as it can make cubes every 9 minutes. However, the basket has a 1.7 pound capacity, and more ice must be removed for ice to start forming again.
