Damaged. Grease/oil scent; wet box.

I purchased this ice maker online. The box was delivered to my house this afternoon and when I brought it inside, I detected a foul grease/oil scent and noticed the bottom of the box was wet. I'm not opening the box and will take it to my local Sam's Club for a refund.

Disappointed

So I bought this thinking it would not only make ice, but keep the ice frozen until I used it. It makes ice super fast, but starts melting as soon as it is made unless I transfer it to another freezer. Not nearly as convenient as I thought it would be. I will probably return it.

Fan Stopped working

The fan stopped working and it no longer produces Ice. I've only had it 11 months. We used it daily and it worked great it until now.
