We bought this on May 18. It worked fine then all of a sudden on June 25 it started making a screeching noise and now it won’t make ice at all. I’ve had it on for hours and still no ice. Hopefully Sams Club will let me return it.

I purchased this item in April of this year. It is now June 24 and it has stopped working. No ice whatsoever, no matter what I do with it. I dont know if I just got a lemon or if they are all this way. I will be going back to the Igloo brand.

It takes a long time to make a little ice. The ice melts as it is sitting in there. If you put the ice in the freezer it freezes into a big clump because it was half melted.

Bought this as a Christmas gift last year and it no longer works. Don’t bother with the Allstate Protection Plan submitted a claim and can get no response after MANY attempts to contact them. You’d be better off buying $1 ice cube trays.

Very nice, ice comes out bullet shape but hollow in the inside which makes great for chewing. Only one size ice can be made. Overall, so far so good!

The ice has a very strong plastic taste. We washed basket and inside before using. We also ran filtered water thru 4 times making ice just to clean system out. On 5th and 6th times the ice still tastes like plastic. We will be returning it.

We had our ice maker for about 5 months and then it just stopped. It died!! Not happy with spending money on something that doesn't last very long at all. It was very loud and took forever to make ice. Won't be buying again! Thanks and good luck!

Order this for our son due to his refrigerator icemaker quit working. Received it today 11/10/2022 and opened it up and the rear corner was dented in. He is going to keep it due to not having any ice. This was very disappointing!

The ice maker stopped working less than three weeks of getting it. It constantly has the add water light on, even though it’s full of water. Once the light is on it won’t work. Power down many times, still doesn’t work.
