Tub was delivered last week and installed last weekend. It is our third Hot Tub and we enjoy it every morning and evening. Last two tubs lasted about ten years. This one looks like it might make it longer.

We bought this hot tub when we moved into our new home. Some friends had given us their old tub for our former home, so this new model was a real treat. I must say, however, that it would be very cozy to try to fit 7 people in this model. There is really room for only 3-4 unless guests are sitting on their legs. There simply is not enough legroom space for 7 people. Other than that, we LOVE this spa. I use it nearly every day--even in these Nebraska winters. Excellent choice, great delivery service from SAM's and a beautiful addition to our new patio.

Very disappointed that I had to hire an electrician to wire this unit up. The cost took away the savings from buying from a local store with free install. Then to my surprise no chemical starer kit. Not what I expected. It says in the delivery Member can include but is not limited to: Electrical work by a professional electrician. It should say REQUIRED. Which it does in the manual that comes with the unit. My last hot tub was plug and play and also came with chemicals. I guess I was expecting the same, esp from Sams.

My jacuzzi came two weeks early, that was awesome! The electrician did his thing and I’ve been enjoying it ever since!

I finally made the plunge and bought a hot tub. This is a good one with great features and the best value anywhere.

love this spa, we have owned 2 and this is by far the best so far. shipped in great condition, and sooner than quoted. Easy set up, and built great

Really happy with my new spa. Lots of jets, bubbles, all the good stuff. Sam's price was excellent for what I got.

Can’t complain for the price we got it for! Would be nice if they stopped manufacturing with styrofoam.

Thw delivery guy were awesome - everything went smoother than i could have imagined. Getting ready to take a dip and enjoy it!

I didn't give it a great because only 14 months after delivery our heating pump went out and had to be replaced...2 months past coverage.. :(
