I have been eating Lit'l Smokies for years but will not buy again unless you go back to the original recipe. You obviously changed the ingredients. Why did you lower the quality of this wonderful little sausage??? I would rather pay a few cents more for the original recipe if it is a matter of money!! You are losing a lot of customers as all of my friends say the same... it is a "horrible taste" since the ingredients change!!

It is a bit time consuming but I cut the sausages at the bottom into four slices or I guess two cuts half way up. Then I threw them in the air fryer which makes the slices open up and they look like little octopuses. Did that for my son's birthday party they were gone in minutes!

I have been buying Cheddar Lil Smokies for years and this most recent batch doesn't even seem like real meat! They're so oily they slide off the plate. The texture is almost like Vienna Sausages (which is nasty) What changed? If this is the new normal I won't ever buy these again.

I have always love these lil smokes whether cooking them is some bbq sauce for appetizers or adding them with french toast for breakfast. But the new texture reminds me of the other brand and are not good. If it's not broke, don't fix it. Very disappointed in the change.

I bought this pack because my kids love these and I figured the bigger pack would come in handy. They are actually a little bit larger than the little ones sold in the regular package. My kids would not eat them for some reason, we serve it the same way we always due. I have a feeling it had to do with the size and texture of the larger ones.

I've been buying the Lil smokies for decades but the past 2 large packs this year have had a weird film on them that makes them slippery from the package and rinses off with hot water. We tossed the last batch and are rinsing this time after getting another pack of the same texture. Has the manufacturing process changed? What gives HF??

I was excited to have my beloved little baby sausages fit into my keto lifestyle. Right out of the bag, I knew something was wrong. They were all slimy. I ate one- no bite, no flavor, bad texture. Now I wonder if all their other products have changed too. You are losing long-time customers.

This brand has always been very well made, packaged, and presented on the shelf. BUT. This makes the 2nd or 3rd time I've found a piece of BONE. And I've found them by hurting my teeth when I'm trying to eat. I can only imagine the damage it could do if swallowed.

I grabbed for my usual bag of Beef Lit’l Smokies and first noticed the smaller package size? Same price but not the same size. Then when I used them to make Pigs in a Blanket...there was a lot of extra Grease...not sure what happened to these...so disappointing...forced to look for a different brand after decades of loyalty with Hillshire Farm.

The last two packages of Smokies I have purchased in the past month (Cheddar and then Regular) have both had an extremely slimy coating on the outside after cooking that took about 15 minutes of thorough washing after cooking before it came off.... The ends of the pre-cooked smokies also looked slightly burnt and this is not something that I normally noticed when purchasing these in the past. I don't feel comfortable serving these to my kids any longer.
