I purchased 10lbs of ribs for Labor Day weekend for a family dinner and when we opened the package the meat had gone bad. I purchased the meat on September 4th with a sell by of September 11th listed. The meat smelled terrible that my husband and I almost vomited as we wrapped it up in plastic wrap just to put all $50 of meat into the trash can.

I didn’t know they changed the packs to 2 slabs instead of the 3. Disappointed because I would have purchased another pack when I went on my last trip, I’ll get 2 next time, hopefully there will be a price reduction but at this point in time, doesn’t look like it. Quality is great, and so far I’ve received similar sized slabs to keep cook times equal when cooking together

These used to be my favorite but I will not buy here again. This isn’t the first time they have sold bad meat. I gave to drive a distance to get here and it’s always on my dime to get my money back when it’s their fault. Not again. Grossed me out and ruined my holiday meal.

Not the quality it used to be. Last three purchases included small bone bits at the ends of all the rib bones. Definitely a choking hazard and something that could break your teeth! I gave Sam's the benefit of the doubt, twice, but this is my last purchase of these ribs. Meat is tougher and the bone bits are dangerous.

Best I've had in quite a while. Will buy again.
