There was so much fat on the 2 racks you could not see due to way packaged. I weighed over 14 ounces so f fat and waste I had to remove. I hope they cook better than they look. Used to have great ribs.

My first time buying ribs at Sam's.Well, I may not be the best cook in the world, but I can cook ribs. These were very chunky and not the kind of ribs I was looking for. I am pretty sure they said baby back ribs. They are not what I have gotten at other stores. We will eat them as I cut up already, but if I had known before I opened the package, I would have returned.

Bought ribs to cook to bake. Took them home emeditely and placed in the freezer. When I thawed them out in the refrigerator for 2 days. Took them out to cook,they were bad. The meat was rotten. It had the worst smell. Wish I knew wouldn't have bought them. Just be careful buying there meats.

I had been using these great ribs for years because of the quality of meat and balance of meat/fat content. I have perfected a smoked version that people constantly request and when we all get together, I don't need to tell them what I'm bringing. They tell me! Unfortunately, the Sam's by my house closed about a year ago, and we've all been Jonzin' for them since. I travel a little further now to get them, but it's well worth it! Anybody that posts a bad review about these ribs just doesn't know how to make them. "Low and Slow". It's that simple.

I bought a new pack of baby back ribs last week. The label said "extra meaty." I have been ribs from Sam's for a long time. The extra meaty ones were awful. It will take my husband and me a while to use them up in some way like in some dish that calls for slow cooked pork chops. They are more like thick pork chops than baby back ribs. I may go in the store when I finish the meaty pack. If what is in the store looks like the neatly version, I will buy my baby back ribs somewhere else.

Purchased these for the 4th of July. Looked great in the packet. Upon opening them though, my opinion changed. The quality isn't as good as Smithfield, which I usually purchase. They didn't have them in this year. One rack was split on the meaty end, almost hanging off. They also had more fat than I perfer. After cleaning them and working our magic with the seasoning, they tasted good overall.

Purchased two cases of Smithfield Brand Ribs. Ribs were Rancid, they smelled so bad I felt sick to my Stomach. This is the second time with Smithfield Brand. When I get IBP I never have a problem. I also transport the ribs in a Refrigerated Van set at 35 degrees F.

Purchased these and placed in the freezer. Thawed then 2 weeks later to prep for the 4th of July and the ribs smelled horrible. I know cryovac has a sulfur smell but these looked gray and smell to high heaven even after a lemon bath. Never again! Do not risk your families health. I’m so upset that I wanna cancel my membership and go to the other warehouse chain.

a bit high,, as we are pork producers locally, thought that the price per case was a bit high for the quality of the meat. 2 Packages were extremely fatty, but like I mentioned we are Pork producers from farrow to finish... We at times need to purchase, Loin Back Ribs and Tenderloins for business and personal use..

I would post a pic, but that would do nothing unless we had smell-a-Vision. Purchased Aug. 30th, open the package Sept. 2nd and started to gag ( best if used by Sept.2 ) It smelled like a bad fish market ! Mad rush to lite candles as I felt as If I was going to puke. Called the store they said bring it back. I do hope they give my money back.
