The pork ribs was unacceptable. We returned the pork ribs to Sam's Club. The bone was not cut completely through and it would be very difficult to cut the ribs into pieces after cooking. We purchased these ribs from Sam's Club on prior occasions and never had an issue, but this batch, from both Pearl City and the town store were not cut properly.

You can't beat these pork ribs, they're pretty good and pretty cheap for any kind of meat these days. I usually cut them into 4 sections to freeze.To cook them I boil them for about an hour until they're tender, then sauce them up and put them in the oven on broil for 30 min and they're perfect every time. I recommend these ribs.

Love the product, but as with everything these days cost is an issue. I like the smaller packaging 2 slabs instead of 3. Makes it a little more affordable. I’m paying the same price now for 2 slabs that I used to pay for 3. It seems you retailers are trying to pull the wool over our eyes with smaller quantities as you raise the prices.

IBP brand was very inconsistent sizing on 3 pack baby back ribs. See attached pics. Cook times varied by almost an hour which caused problems with serving guests. Over 1.25lb different between one rack of ribs compared to the other two. The largest one was definitely a sparerib and not baby back (see picture). Overpaid for what was supposed to be "baby back" ribs. Very disappointed and would not buy again.

I always purchase these Baby Back Ribs from Sam’s. These fresh and never been frozen. I’ve never found any better ribs than these. I don’t slow grill them, but they are always tender and tasty. Very meaty, but pick out those with just the right amount of fat. Stay with them while grilling to avoid burning.
