I have been buying these ribs from Sams for many years. The last three times the quality has gone hill. They are fatty, strinky and the butchering is sad.

Received, put in refrigerator, took out 4 days later to add rub. Opened package and out came the worst smell ever. Ribs were wasted!! Stunk up the entire kitchen area! Date was still 4 days away, had to settle for chicken.

Purchased this as my "second try" so I wasn't really familiar with size & weight. So just a note, this pack contained THREE SLABS -- total weight was 9.39 lbs, I paid $32.68.

What can I say they are Ribs, either you know how to cook them or your don't. Either you like them or your don't either which way it is impossible that it is because of the quality of meat. These are great price and super meaty!!

Wasn't butchered correctly. Had to trim quite a bit to get correct cut without bone bits above the rib bone. I can tell it was done with a machine and no care given at all.

My Wife Picked Up A Pack For Me To Cook For Some Friends. I Did My Routine Cook And The Guys Raved About How Good They Were. Very Lean And Tasty. All 3 Said They Were The Best Ever. Needless To Say, I'll Be Back For More.

Got rack home from them pulling order open ribs and they smelled like fish badly I threw away and got out of house called store they said bring them back. I said they smell and are open and they said o well

Usually I would give this four or five stars, but this time I had to lower it a lot because the butchers are getting very sloppy in their cuts. Lots of sharp bones and extra pieces of meat that are dry/chewy.

These ribs are no different than most other brands. We have ribs 2 to 3 times a month. I have Smoky ribs from the other stores , and these ribs are just as good , if not better than the others. I buy these on a regular basis.

Ribs were tough and not a lot of meat on them. I don’t know if Sam’s Club has changed their source for ribs because in the past they were always delicious. I slow cook ribs in the oven and have always been pleased with the results. I doubt that I will purchase ribs from Sam’s Club again.
