Back Ribs

Grilling pork lion back ribs on the barbecue grill are irresistibly tender, with the meat slowly cooking until it pulls away from the bone with ease. Each bite is a perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and slightly tangy flavor with my favorite dry rub a and barbecue sauce.

Great Ribs

About a week ago I bought 4 slabs of these for my competition grilling trial. These ended up phenomenally well! We took 3rd place for these ribs out of 176 competition cookers (the highest we've ever placed for ribs). These were very meaty, very little fat and after the competition (we cooked 'em further to make them fall off the bone tender) shared some with others and all had the same response, wow...All asked where we had gotten these ribs as they were so meaty, we said our local Sam's Club, they were very surprised to hear that, most thought we went to a custom butcher to get them. Great value too

Wonderful Ribs

We've had these a couple of times now, and we think they are GREAT. We've bought ribs at a number of different stores, and these are the best we have found. They are VERY meaty and tender. They are a product of the USA, and unlike so many other stores, these are NOT injected with any saline solution. They're $2.98 a pound at this time, and I'm going to put some in the freezer. We are very pleased with these ribs.

Never a loss with these... I need a bigger grill

Great Ribs! These ribs made me infamous. When we call around and say "Grampa's making ribs." They come running. I typically will repackage mine. I cut each slab in half, stack the two and it makes a Gallon storage bag for the freezer. Then pull out one, two, three, or even four packages depending on the crowd coming. (I keep back-up supplies, buying a bag when we are done to one frozen one. When done, Grandpa slices on the Barby and puts them in a roasting pan, or on a platter. (Have ribs, Will travel.) Our 4 year old Granddaughter special requested for Grandpa to make ribs for her birthday party. Six racks later there was a lot of finger licking going on. .... I need a bigger grill....

Amazing Ribs!

I bought two packs of two from the club last weekend to smoke. They were amazing and smoked beautifully. My only complaint is the club didn't have them priced correctly and I showed them the app that listed the lower price and they went and re-priced them in the back, but not sure they fixed the price on all the others that were out for sale. It was a $1/lb difference and saved me almost $20 on the two packs, so it was worth having it fixed.

Great Ribs

I have purchased 6 racks of these ribs from Sam's , Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day along with the twin pack pork shoulder for my charcoal / hickory smoker! I remove the membrane from the bone side soak in apple cider vinegar for 3-4 hours , season , garlic and other seasonings , brown sugar and molasses and wet smoke at 190-205 for 4-6 hours ! They are always a huge hit ! Not saying you can't get a less then great rack in a pack , but I am staying with them !

Most Excellent Ribs

I have shopped for ribs at special butchers and the baby backs Sam's club has are excellent. We have bought them a few times and everyone that I have made them for have done nothing but rave about them. If you find them dry then your doing the prep wrong. I would highly recommend these ribs to anyone! Bon appetite!!!

Mislabeled ribs

On July 22, I purchased what was labeled as "baby back " ribs from the Elmira store. It was the only package of its kind in a counter filled with "spareribs." After trying the spareribs previously I vowed never to buy them again. But when I opened this package to prepare for smoking, I found only spareribs. I live 30 miles from the store and had committed to cooking them for a special occasion. Almost a pound of pure fat, filled with inedible cartilage and unfit for any meal. Despite my best efforts to cook, they were an embarrassment. Moved to this area from Virginia where I never encountered this problem at the Sam's there. Very unhappy 13-year premium member.

Best ribs in town!

With a little prep, marinating, etc. we have requests all the time when family comes over for us to cook PaPa's awesome ribs!!!!! We of course have our secret receipe for the marinating, but we prefer to fix our own instead of eating out anywhere. Can find no restaurant to compare to the tenderness and taste of the ones we buy at SAM'S Club.

Trash

These are so full of fat. Family complained about the amount of fat and most of it went into the trash. They used to sell really good ribs but not anymore. Sam's even took "baby back" out of the description but still charge the same price. Taking my money elsewhere for ribs that actually have meat on them. Would no longer recommend to anyone
