When watching a movie or TV show, it feels like you are actually in the program instead of on a couch. The sound quality is great! I love the ability to customize this TV to my liking. My husband has his PS5 hooked up to it as well. The quality of the picture and audio while playing on his PS5 is great and far better than our previous TV. The ability to stream PlutoTV on here is a big plus. We are a cable free household and rely solely on streaming services. If you are in the market for a TV, definitely give this one a look!

Could not connect to my Dish cable provider and had alot of trouble connecting DVD - WII etc to the TV. HDMI #1 would not accept any device. Had to do an even exchange and get another LG. Had to call support to get other internet functions working. The second TV is working great color and sound. Only issue is the the LG Channel - once I pick a show cannot get out of the function very easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our children bought us this TV as our old 55" TV color was fading. We're thrilled! The picture is exceptional. I don't know which we're happier with, our children or the new TV! We watched golf the 1st weekend and were amazed how vivid the golf course looked, almost like we were there.

After a month or so I discovered that LG no longer allows SiriusXM Radio - bummer. Then when I call for tech. service, I get someone from a foreign country that I can hardly understand. The user manual has very little information as to how to operate the remote and get the TV to do what you want it to do.. I guess you just think that everyone is a techie.

I received as a gift and wasn't consulted prior to the gifting. We don't have Alexa (we have Google) and we have been Spectrum customers for over 20 years, neither which are compatible with my new 'smart TV'. I am a Prime Member and enjoy the great picture provided by my LG tv. But really miss viewing local news, especially YNN news on all my TV's. Prior to the LG tv, I accessed local news via Roku and 'cable connection'. Roku is now used in another area of my house.

It has a wide array of options, many of which we may not use but this technology is impressive. Learning the remote control was a bit of a challenge at first. Great TV.

I purchased this LG 65 in. TV in order to replace an older LG 55 in. I own which was NOT a smart TV. I called it a dumb TV due to the lack of Web OS. It too worked very well. So far the 65 in. LG 65UR80 has not disappointed. It boots up fairly quickly and I have more Apps than I will ever need. The variety of channels is incredible. The sound is much better than the old one. I may not even need a sound bar but I like the Bass I get during movies or music playing. I switches quickly between medias and the picture quality is outrageous! Keep it up LG!!!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. The picture is fantastic, when the picture appears. My TV viewing is all streaming (YouTube TV, Netflix, etc). For a new model smart TV, it can take up to 5 minutes for the app to load and play. It is not a WiFi issue as I have 1 gig fiber optic. Once it's loaded and streaming, the picture is awesome.

Because Iam so happy with my first LG TV I splurged to buy another fro replace one that just wasn't worth fixing. The excellent picture sound dnd options allows me to use captions to enjoy all my shows. I am hearing impaired and not all TV's are as easy to accommodate my needs but LG is there for me with good support.

We purchased this lg tv about a month ago. It is a fabulous tv. The picture and remote are great. I specifically like the menu system compared to the two other non LG TVs I have. Overall the performance is outstanding. I plan to purchase a larger LG model for our prime tv.
