[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The included owner's booklet is very handy and detailed. The meter is lightweight and easy to handle. I got an accurate reading in 4 seconds. I like that you can tag your reading with events such as being sick, taking medicine, or exercise. Your blood glucose reading is stored in the memory with a date and time stamp and is easy to retrieve. The strips are easy to use and discard. I did follow all instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this complimentary product from @influenster in exchange for my honest review. This blood glucose monitoring kit came with everything I needed to get me started, and it would seem that further supplies of lancets, test strips and control solution are relatively easy to source. Set up was easy and achieved in next to no time thanks to the comprehensive "Owner's Booklet" which told me everything I needed to know. I liked that you can also set up event tags, ketone alerts, and test reminders. I followed the manufacturer's instructions and did a control test prior to the actual glucose test itself which was uneventful. The only comment I would make about the test strip themselves is that they are quite small and difficult to handle. I have fat fingers and they struggle with handling the test strip. However, the meter has a display which is easy to read and navigate. The lansing device is simple to use and I did not consider that insertion of the lance into my skin to be painful, even though I had the device on the highest setting. It produced a sizeable globule of blood, which in turn made a deposit of blood into the test strip quite easy. Having used it for a few days, it does appear to be fairly accurate which obviously is the result I am trying to achieve. In due course I am hoping to connect my meter to an app to record my results, but for right now I am happy to record them manually. This is a quality piece of equipment which I am very happy with.

The kit comes with testing strips and a case to store all the equipment! I would definitely recommend this product if you are keeping track of the glucose levels in your blood!

The accuracy is spot on, because I happened to have a regular Dr. appointment the first day I tried it. The lab results were the same as the meter, so I definitely trust it. It's a good size and easy for me to read, but small enough for me to fit the whole pouch and take everywhere.
