My doctor has been wanting me to take a note of each time I check my levels, what time of day I check it and the last time I ate when checking it. The fact that this meter can track and record my readings for me has saved me a ton of time and has made me look like a champ at my doctors appointments. I also love that this meter can be checked with a solution to make sure that my readings are actually accurate. I am finally gaining control over my health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this meter but being a Type 1 diabetic there were not the advanced features I am looking for. If you need a basic meter for occasional checking of your glucose levels this would work fine. The display is large and easy to read however I did find the test strips to be small and difficult to handle especially if I am shaking from my occasional lows. This has some good features but for my personal needs I really need a meter with wifi capabilities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The True Metrix really surprised me on how well the self monitoring blood glucose meter worked when checking sugar levels. The meter was a perfect size and fit so comfortably into my hand when testing, I didn't have to worry about dropping it. What I really liked is the large display of what my reading was, I had no problems seeing what it said. Although at night time I do have to make sure I have the lights on because there is no color screen, that's one thing I wish it had. The test strips were easy to insert and also had a press button making them easy to dispose. After testing I was able to get a quick and accurate response. This meter has some great features, I was able to set 4 testing reminders a day, meter memory that stores results, setting event tags, dates and time. Overall I am very pleased with the True Metrix and definitely would recommend it!

The test strips are easy to insert, and the screen is large and easy to read at most any angle.

The lancet pen is simple to adjust and easy to hold onto. The carry pouch is a wonderful bonus to keep everything all together.

She’s diabetic and she didn’t have a true way to keep up with her blood sugar and now she does. This meter is easy to use. She loves the simplicity of it. It takes a small blood sample and gives her a reading that’s quick and easy to understand. She’s now able to better monitor her blood sugar thanks to this meter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the product. The build quality is good and eventhough I've only used a couple weeks it is sturdy and hope it will last a long time. I like that the readings only take a couple seconds and the neddle has adustable trigger deepness. my girlfried and I have used it and I realiez that my skin bleeds much easier on the low settings but my girlfriend needs to adjust the needle to a higher size in order to get the same resutls. Overall is a great product I would recoment it. this is the first glucose meter I tried.

This is a very small meter. It's good for travel or to have in my purse. I can take this meter kit everywhere I go! Its small size allows me to carry it with me daily.
