Purchased this product after receiving a recommendation from my friend. It arrived 2 days after ordering online. There was a helpful instruction video on YouTube that we used, the directions included were a bit confusing. Set up the spa in about 45 minutes, and we let it warm up for a full day before using it. Very happy with the purchase, it's very roomy for two people. The included covers are great! We spent a few $100 on additional filters, cleaning supplies, and accessories for the jacuzzi like a bench and floor mat. We plan to use it a lot and think it's a great product for the price!

Our friends had this inflatable one and OMG why did we wait so long! This has more powerful jets and is just amazing! Our kids and us all love it! We use it almost daily and can’t wait through the seasons!!

I love that it can be controlled on an app. It makes it extremely accessible. I will say if you are taller adults, you may fit 2-3 comfortably. I wouldn’t fit 6 unless you are small or children. It’s easy to use, just plug in and follow the directions. It gets cold where we are and we have not had any issues with the hot tub. I love that there’s 2 options for the covers so we can be energy efficient! It’s obviously not as durable as a standard built in hot tub, but we are loving it!

It has a very nice control panel that is easy to use, jets that work well, and is very sturdy and comfortable. It was a little complicated to set up because the directions are just pictures and I think fitting 6 people is a wild over estimate but it can fit 4 comfortably… maybe 2 adults and 4 kids 😂. Buyers should note that you still have to care for it like a regular hot tub, with test strips, chemicals, cleaning filters, etc. the cover it comes with is very nice and I really appreciate that is a part of the package! Overall, I think it’s a great value, especially for those that don’t want to commit to full spa ownership or have one up all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to put up and take down, however some of the water got into the inflatable part and we had a hard time getting it dried out because of the weather. I look forward to setting it up in the spring/summer. We didn't have much time with it because of our weather here in Northern Illinois. You just need to get a pool testing kit and chemicals to keep the water clear, and of course keep it covered when not in use. I like it very much!

The maintenance has been fairly easy so far. It is great quality. I was concerned that it would not be able to get hot enough but the temperature is great.

It’s thick and durable, energy smart (shutting off if not used for 3 days), and the cover makes for easy maintenance. I just wish it came with seats, which I’ll have to buy separate because I’m only 5’1. It is heavy so will take two people to move or the use of a dolly. I’m currently clearing a special space for it so I don’t currently have it set up anymore. I’ve been eyeing one of these for years because I move more often and didn’t want to invest in a traditional jacuzzi until I buy my first home. This can move with us or be stored easily.

I love that there’s enough room for both me and my 6’3” husband 😂 it holds quite a bit of water and as long as you make sure to keep the tub clean, you shouldn’t have to dump it out often. I’m excited to see how our energy bill looks (although I live in an area where electricity is paid 😄)
