We bought this tub about 4 years ago. It had started leaking water inside the walls. This is a common problem. I've tried sealing ever possible option with no luck. These are poorly manufactured and throw away after only a few years. Would not buy again

It's thick and durable, Works as it’s supposed too . Love the bubbles in the middle.. and the cover it comes with is very nice and makes for easy maintenance. Lastly this hot tub. By far the best. Large size, great locking clips, and it stays hotter longer than any other one we tried. I would HIGHLY recommend this hot tub to anyone, especially if you're just "dipping your toe in the water" of seeing if this is something you'll really use. Five star review from me! It has a very nice control panel that is easy to use, jets that work well, and is very sturdy and comfortable. It was a little complicated to set up because the directions are just pictures and I think fitting 6 people is a wild over estimate but it can fit 4 comfortably… maybe 2 adults and 4 kids 😂. Buyers should note that you still have to care for it like a regular hot tub, with test strips, chemicals, cleaning filters, etc. the cover it comes with is very nice and I really appreciate that is a part of the package! Overall, I think it’s a great value, especially for those that don’t want to commit to full spa ownership or have one up all the time.

Got this for a great deal, set up was stupid confusing as the instructions are literally worthless just like others say so what we couldn't figure out we googled and found YouTube videos for. The app is the bestway app with the Blue B logo, not the bestest spa app. When we started up the heat it was 58° outside and let it heat up overnight. It took the water from 54° to 77° in 12hrs. So I imagine if it's warmer outside that will warm faster, but sunny plan to go in it the same day unless you live somewhere already warm. We also put pink 1/2" insulation foam board under ours so we didn't feel like we were sitting on hard ground. Highly recommend you do the same or it will feel like you are sitting on the ground, pebble's and all.

It does take a bit to heat up and the kids were antsy but after it was hot they loved it. Perfect for body aches or just relaxing after a long day. Az is getting chilly at night so it’s Perfect timing to have a hot tub. Easy set up too!

Comes with every single thing you need except for the chlorine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to put up and take down, however some of the water got into the inflatable part and we had a hard time getting it dried out because of the weather. I look forward to setting it up in the spring/summer. We didn't have much time with it because of our weather here in Northern Illinois. You just need to get a pool testing kit and chemicals to keep the water clear, and of course keep it covered when not in use. I like it very much!

It is the perfect size for myself and my husband, and as you can see in the photos, we set it up in our basement. The material that it is made from is very thick, and I don’t believe it will puncture easily.
