Inflatable white cushion difficulty

We are setting it up, but the inflatable white cusion for the bottom keeps floating above the water. We need information on how to fix this issue.

Hello Nikki, the part you are referring to is actually an insert for the cover. There is no inflatable seat for the bottom of the spa. Love this spa but

I really like this spa but wish there was a lower setting for the bubbles. It looks like there are 2 speeds on the app but when you push the different bubble pictures it doesn't change the pressure, am I doing something wrong?

Perfect hot tub for a deck

Perfect size for my deck! I bought this after having a bigger size hot tub and love this one more. It is very comfortable, easy to maintain, easy to get cover off and on. Great quality.

Got a great deal, have to youtbe setup. Saluspa's customer support is worthless. Would be nice if they included instructions but I am still very pleased with the purchase.

Could have been great

Would have been 5 stars but, had a air leak right away. Tried and tried but Bestway would not warranty, had to return it. If everything thing works when set up it will be enjoyed, if not just return it.

LACKS CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions for assembly are HORRIBLE. Doesn’t explain setting up cover- we thought it was a base. Doesn’t explain how to set up chlorine dispenser or dose.

Won’t last long!

Worked great for about 3 months. Now 6 months it’s a constant fight to keep it inflated and heating unit failed. While inexpensive, I expected more. Friend purchased the same unit and is having the same issues. Lesson learned!

Not completely satisfied

It takes too long to heat water with outside temperature over 85 °F. It only reach to 97°F. Constant shut off with E02 message. Never connect to wifi with the app
