The most important thing about this purchase would would be to read the description carefully. If you're not expecting a full size Spa with seating then you'll be satisfied with this. It's comfortable enough for the value and it works well for the value the filtration system requires maintenance because it's such a small filter on it depending on your usage of course it heats up slowly that you expect that because it's using the motor as a heating element and it doesn't have powerful Jets as one small jet that's not very powerful but for the hot water and then bubbling sensation it does good job. FYI at the moment this is $50 cheaper at Sam's Club. Just like the reviews say it is difficult to hook it up to your Wi-Fi that is why It lost a star.

I decided to treat myself for my birthday and ordered this hot tub. It was the BEST $400 I ever spent! I paid a friend of mine who is an electrician $50 to put it together because the instructions were crazy confusing and we didnt want to get electricuted-haha. Don't use an extension cord. We invested aproximately another $100 between the filters, defoamer and tablets to balance the water. I also ordered the cup holders. We are in it every night! It's absolutely wonderful! Very relaxing and worth every dollar! It gets to 104 degrees and slowly decreases, but by that time we are ready to get out. You need to keep it covered each night and keep it running if you plan on using it the next night. I think its a great value and very enjoyable. Its a great way to test if you want to invest in a $5000 hot tub. I highly recommend it! I haven't got my electric bill yet, but im hoping its energy efficient as it claims. I say order it and have some fun!

Set up for less than 2 weeks and was working great for a week. Now 3 error codes and not heating. Please let me know my options.

Purchased this from my local Sam's club and it was clearly a used one! There is a clear hole on the side wall along with nail marks all over it! Very disappointed! Will be returning it!

Sturdy, good massaging air flow. Instructions are difficult to follow. Takes a long time to heat and doesn't seem to hold heat . Can not get it to connect to my wifi

It's thick and durable, Works as it’s supposed too . Love the bubbles in the middle.. and the cover it comes with is very nice and makes for easy maintenance. Lastly this hot tub. By far the best. Large size, great locking clips, and it stays hotter longer than any other one we tried. I would HIGHLY recommend this hot tub to anyone, especially if you're just "dipping your toe in the water" of seeing if this is something you'll really use. Five star review from me! I love that there’s enough room for both me and my 6’3” husband 😂 it holds quite a bit of water and as long as you make sure to keep the tub clean, you shouldn’t have to dump it out often. I’m excited to see how our energy bill looks (although I live in an area where electricity is paid 😄)

It’s thick and durable, energy smart (shutting off if not used for 3 days), and the cover makes for easy maintenance. I just wish it came with seats, which I’ll have to buy separate because I’m only 5’1. It is heavy so will take two people to move or the use of a dolly. I’m currently clearing a special space for it so I don’t currently have it set up anymore. I’ve been eyeing one of these for years because I move more often and didn’t want to invest in a traditional jacuzzi until I buy my first home. This can move with us or be stored easily.

It does take a bit to heat up and the kids were antsy but after it was hot they loved it. Perfect for body aches or just relaxing after a long day. Az is getting chilly at night so it’s Perfect timing to have a hot tub. Easy set up too!

Got this for a great deal, set up was stupid confusing as the instructions are literally worthless just like others say so what we couldn't figure out we googled and found YouTube videos for. The app is the bestway app with the Blue B logo, not the bestest spa app. When we started up the heat it was 58° outside and let it heat up overnight. It took the water from 54° to 77° in 12hrs. So I imagine if it's warmer outside that will warm faster, but sunny plan to go in it the same day unless you live somewhere already warm. We also put pink 1/2" insulation foam board under ours so we didn't feel like we were sitting on hard ground. Highly recommend you do the same or it will feel like you are sitting on the ground, pebble's and all.
