I bought this vacuum a month ago and it has been pretty good to us! Couldn’t be happier with the extended hose as well! I’m pregnant so it helps me get the hard to reach places without extending myself too much! Love it! Suction is great and we don’t see any pet hair after A vacuum session!

Great vacuum for a great price! The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because some of the features take a little while to figure out or get used to. The first time I used it, the swivel capability made it feel like it was unstable - but once you get going, it’s no problem. Really works great!!

This vacuum does a good job, but has some annoying drawbacks - there is no height adjustment, and the brush roller gets jammed in high pile carpets. An on/off switch for the roller or a height adjustment would solve this. The vacuum must be picked up if moving it from one place to another without wanting to keep the brush engaged - you can't tilt the vacuum back & raise the brush roller off the floor while pushing the vacuum along on its wheels.

The shark has great suction. I need to get used to driving it around the house. It is very different than my old Hoover upright. And we have several smaller rugs that the shark grabs on to so I need to learn to vacuum the rug without it being sucked up.

This is my 2nd shark and it did a great job on my my hardwood floors and transitioned well to the orientals. It is less bulky than my other shark. This one definitely has a much longer cord so it was great that i only have to replug once where it is being used :)

Overall, i'm happy with the purchase. We have no carpet in our house but do have a few area rugs so i like how easy it is to change from hardwood to carpet. But one of the rugs has to thick of plush or something that the beater bar doesn't work. It's fine as soon as i'm off the rug though. I love the little handheld attachment though.... works awesome for getting pet hair off furniture!

Oh my goodness. Where do I begin. I’m 69 years old and I have NEVER had a vacuum that works this good. When I got it out of the box it was very light weight and I thought, Oh no. This is going to be a piece of junk. I couldn’t have been more wrong. It is so easy on my back The amount it removed from my carpet is embarrassing Hands down , it is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned For it to be so light weight yet clean so well to me is amazing

We have a German Shephard, which guarantees this vacuum gets a good workout.... so much hair!!! I've used it twice now and am generally happy with its performance. My only complaint is that the roller stops when vacumming over my dog's crate pad (not sure if its the material or structure)... which my old vacuum ran over it just fine.

So far so good. Bought it on clearance; has minimal attachments but works well. Very pleased with the ease of use on the carpeted stairs. I have another Shark vacuum with more attachments, but this one works great as a second vacuum for the upstairs.

I really like this Vacuum. It has a lot of suction and if it gets clogged it will shut itself off before it burns up the motor. The only downside to this vacuum and the other one I have is you can't change out the bar on it you have to change the whole head of the vacuum.
