I have a dog who sheds a lot and this vacuum is awesome! It is powerful and lightweight. It is easy to switch to the wand and back again. I’m dry happy with this purchase.

Nice lightweight vacuum! Doesn't have a light on board,, but noot a problem. Easy to use! Picks up my dog's fur off of the carpet a furniture, better than my heavy Bissell vacuum! I alo like the the filters can be washed and reused!

We bought this in November 2019, used every two weeks in our upstairs game room and no longer works well. I’ve been using Shark for 11 years. Very disappointed with this vacuum.

I used it for the first time, and it picked up the dust and cat hair very well - even the small bristle brush picked up the cat hair very well. Very easy to move around.

I've used this vacuum twice and it has quit working. Used a hanger to make sure it was cleaned out and it won't pick anything up. In fact it won't even turn on if it is upright. Biggest POC I've ever bought.

Very strong suction, easy for me to push, easy to empty the canister, and easy to change the filters. And one of the filters is washable, and I really like not having to throw filters away very often.

I love my new shark rotator pet plus! It sucks up everything and it moves very easily! It is very durable and is a little on the heavy side. Easy to dump the dirt out and the arm extension is just as powerful

This is our second SHARK Rotator. The suction is definitely stronger than our previous model. It does a really good job on carpet and wood. Miss the "headlights" on my last model and this one is a little heavier, but still a good purchase.

It's clunky and awkward to move. The carpet cleaner is too narrow to have good balance, and falls when using any of the onboard tools. I was hoping to be pleased!

Starts out great. So we bought another one for upstairs. Less than a year, first one dies. Think it’s a fluke so we replace it. Then 2nd and 3rd died.
