Not happy with this vacuum cleaner! The red brush indicator light continues to come on after 30 seconds or so when vacuuming. 2nd time using it! There are NO clogs. I would highly recommend avoiding this vacuum cleaner. There is nothing PetPlus about it! Unfortunately, I threw away the box or I'd be returning it. It's a total waste of money.

I purchased this vac as a replacement, we've had pretty much every vacuum out there and this is our first Shark. Paid full price, but I happened to be back at my club to pick up items I forgot to get when I saw the reduced price. I was lucky, it was with in the time that they give for price adjustment and was given the difference back, that was $80 can't beat that. The vacuum itself works great, have had no issues and it vacuums so well it lifts the nap of the carpet making it look new. Happy with the Shark.

I had my last vacuum for over 10 years and it finally broke down. It worked great, but heavy compared to the Shark and it did not get as many angles as this vacuum does. Works great on pet hair! The cord is not as long as my other vacuum so I do need to move it another plug to finish vacuuming each level of my house - not a biggie. Cord is located in an odd place on the vacuum that causes some tangling unless I put it over my shoulder. Would definitely purchase AGAIN!

I like it a lot but don’t like the way the base tips over when lift away in use. The hose is on one end of the lift off and is not sturdy enough to keep canister from tipping over and smashing into expensive hard flooring. If a designer could figure out how to balance the lift away it would make “the very best vacuum”

I purchased this model in May of 2021. It worked okay for the first couple of days. Now it is constantly losing suction, the hoses are clogging and the plastic part that connects the the tube to the hose physically came off of the vacuum.I have cleaned the filters and constantly cleared the hoses, literally a small clump of dog hair causes it to lose suction. For the money spent, I am totally unimpressed!

Shark is the best brand I’ve ever purchased. My last vacuum has lasted for at least 6 years but I was ready for a new vacuum and decided to get this one. Man, it is sooo nice. It stands up by itself, it has different levels of suctions, it has a removable canister with an easy release, and it has attachments that are perfect to get the hard to reach spots. I vacuumed with my old vacuum first and I was still able to get a considerable amount of dirt up with my new Shark. The cord is very heavy duty too and I can tell that it’s going to last a while. I’ve vacuumed every single room multiple times this past week because it’s so easy to use. Buy it!

I bought the "Shark" a few months ago and gave it a good chance to replace my old Dyson. Don't waste money on it. The cord is too short and gets in the way. As an afterthought they tried to solve this by putting a little plastic clip on the side to hold it out of the way. Suction is pitiful. It drags on heavy carpet making the chore a tedious workout. The tank retains dust and is hard to keep clean. You can't inspect the level of dirt to decide when to empty it. I'll be tossing it soon and looking for another Dyson.

My Wife has wanted a Shark for some time. We decided to up grade our 30 year old upright vacuum for a Shark. When we first got it we were happy and it worked great. I vacuumed with our old vacuum then with the Shark and totally filled the dirt reservoir. Now here we are 2 years later and the vacuum started having problems. It started with the brush roller not working all the time and then today it started making noise and then just quit working. Now it won't turn on and the motor smelled hot. I clean the brush roller and filters regularly so its not a maintenance issue it's a QUALITY OF PRODUCT ISSUE. We expected more than two years service for the price we paid. Will never buy or recommend a Shark product again.
