I purchased the Shark Rotator Pet Plus Vacuum to replace my Shark Navigator Pro and it did NOT disappoint! My previous Shark had seen better days, and this new one could not have come in at a better time. I love the larger tank and coloration of this model. Suction power is wonderful, as was with all my other Sharks. I will never get another brand of vacuum again!

This model feels very cheaply made compared to my older model. I've had it for just over a month and it's no longer sealed. I have one dog and you can definitely tell by running the vacuum. And, I empty it after each use. My older shark still has a good seal but this new one may as well not have any seal at all. On top of that, you can't use the wand further than a foot and a half away or the vacuum tips. Even if the hose stretches 12' there is no way you would be able to do what the picture suggests unless you anchor it to the floor. The reality is it falls over almost right away then drags behind you as you curse it and refuse to pick it up again. Lastly, it only seemed to really have decent suction right out of the box. It never seemed the same after that initial run.

I bought this vacuum about 1 month ago and now I feel I can do a review on it. This vacuum is easy to use,seems to work great,has a lot of suction, which brings the pile up nice on my carpet. I would of given it a 5 star but Shark needs to reevaluate the length of the cord and the small wheels. The wheels look like from a smart car and put on a Camry. The cord needs to be twice the length like my Dyson was. If Shark would change these two things,it would be the perfect vacuum.

Shark is the best brand I’ve ever purchased. My last vacuum has lasted for at least 6 years but I was ready for a new vacuum and decided to get this one. Man, it is sooo nice. It stands up by itself, it has different levels of suctions, it has a removable canister with an easy release, and it has attachments that are perfect to get the hard to reach spots. I vacuumed with my old vacuum first and I was still able to get a considerable amount of dirt up with my new Shark. The cord is very heavy duty too and I can tell that it’s going to last a while. I’ve vacuumed every single room multiple times this past week because it’s so easy to use. Buy it!

We’ve always had Dyson vacuums. They have incredible suction and I’ve literally never had issues with them. So shame on me when I thought we’d pick this up for the main level in our home (mostly hardwoods and rug coverage). Well, we have 4 long haired dogs and need to vacuum a couple times a week and this thing clogs constantly. The roller brush on the front for hardwoods leaves massive clumps of hair and needs cleaning constantly. The suction is less than any dyson I have, and I couldn’t dare imagine trying to use this on my real carpet in the basement. Good thing I left my dyson down there for the basement carpet. Sad I wasted my Sam’s rewards on this last year.

This vacuum works great! I have 1 dog & 2 cats and "thought" my previous vacuum was doing a good job. But this vacuum picked up so much better and has continued to do so. I feel my home is super clean after using it. And it's easy to use and moves like s dream. So glad I purchased this vacuum.

I purchased this vacuum, excited to own my 1st Shark vacuum- what a waste of time and $$ It literally has only properly worked for 2 weeks- it still powers on and makes a noise and that' about it- there is no suctioning and its lost that function. Yes, I have tried multiple times cleaning the vacuum as suggested on online forums, the vacuum still doesn't work and has no power to suction and is pretty much in my closet for looks! I can't use it, its nice to look at as it sits there wasting away as it only lasted 2 weeks!! Do NOT buy Shark!

I've had this vacuum for 2 months. I like the swivel action and the easy go between button from carpet to hard floor. I like how it fits in small spaces pretty well. The detachable handle from the hose is a great feature as well as choosing how much suction. The three biggest issues I have is it tips over very easily and often while I use the detachment and it falls on my legs or feet, it electric shocks me enough to make me cry out and the cord should be longer.

Bought this vacuum in May 2021, and the handle clip which secures it to the wand broke in November 2021. This time frame is outside Sam's replacement warranty. Checked with Shark and it is also outside their replacement warranty also, although supposedly there is a 5-year warranty on parts? Shark offered to sell me a replacement part, which I declined. The warranty was of no value. This vacuum cleaner is cheaply made, and it is no surprise this clip broke. I would expect the replacement part to break also. There are better alternatives for a quality vacuum cleaner. Avoid Sharp products.

I purchased the Shark pet plus as my Shark navigator is getting older. I thought I would try running the older vacuum right after I vacuumed with the new one. To my surprise the dust cup had enough dog hair in it to show that it does not perform as good as my old unit. It still does a good job but is not as strong.
