In less than a year the roller brush wore out. Thought it would be easy to replace like many other models, WRONG! Called Shark customer service, you have to replace the entire bottom of the vacuum! Anyone want to buy this piece of junk!

My hubby picked up this vacuum on the 15th. As soon as I turn it on to use it standing on the carpet, the red light came on. No matter what I did the red light came on and stayed on. I plan to return it. Waste of time to buy and use.

It constantly falls over when using the extension. I can't imagine it won't break before the motor dies, from the falls. I love other version with the left away option, but much prefer the Dyson over this version!

I have several vacuums ranging in price from $500+ to this one for $100.00 on sale and it is as good as any of them. Only complant is cord is only 25' vs. 35' on my more expensive ones. I know it is new, but it is light and easy to maneuver.

It is too heavy, has no light, cord is at the bottom in the back of the tank, constantly running over it when you pull the vacuum toward you. Cord is too short - I hate it!

This is the second Shark Rotator Pet Plus vacuum cleaner that I will be returning as the roller brush will not work no matter what. I exchanged the first one & will not be exchanging this one .

We bought this sweeper because it was such a great deal and loved our other shark but we used it maybe 5 times total and then it stopped working. Very unfortunate and a waste of money.

Product failed after only 3 weeks . Called shark/ninja . They informed me the warranty was out . I have only had it 3 weeks . Warranty is junk . Product is junk.

This vacuum has been awesome. I bought two of them. One for upstairs and one for my downstairs. It picks up my dog hair with no problem. I love the fact that I can clean the filters that are in it, plus the canister. No more wasting money on bags.
