Not very happy with vacuum. It it is billed as a vacuum designed for pet owners. It is a big fail in this category

Although off balance to push, got a canister full of dirt and dog hair left behind by my 500.00 Dyson! Rug looks brand new, brighter and clean.

Great price on sale at 80.00 off BUT quit working the second time I used it so now I have to find the time to take it back and find a new one :-(

suction is not as good as a hoover. I am disappointed every time I buy another brand. Learned lesson again.

It constantly falls over when using the extension. I can't imagine it won't break before the motor dies, from the falls. I love other version with the left away option, but much prefer the Dyson over this version!

I bought this about a year ago at Sam's, and I love it. The suction is way better than my canister one (which I quit using) Its great on carpet and tile. Lightweight, easy to maneuver, very easy to clean

In less than a year the roller brush wore out. Thought it would be easy to replace like many other models, WRONG! Called Shark customer service, you have to replace the entire bottom of the vacuum! Anyone want to buy this piece of junk!

My hubby picked up this vacuum on the 15th. As soon as I turn it on to use it standing on the carpet, the red light came on. No matter what I did the red light came on and stayed on. I plan to return it. Waste of time to buy and use.
