Best vacuum I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. Picks up great on bare floors and carpet, easy to empty and nice attachments right on the canister. We raise labradors who provide ample opportunity to put this vacuum to the test. I highly recommend, in fact, we’ve bought them for three different family members.

We have been through many, many vacuums during our 25 years of marriage and this is the first one supposedly geared towards households with pets. I swear we are having to cut the hair wrapped around the roller brush even more often than ANY of the others (including other Sharks, a Dyson, Eureka, Bissell). It's an okay vacuum but don't expect any special "pet" features.

The sweeper is lightweight and is not top heavy as other Shark sweepers that I’ve owned that fell over when in upright position. This model seems more sturdy and holds its balance much better. Has great suction and picks up the pet hair. Good value. The crevice attachments work well to get corners and the pet power brush works well on furniture. Very happy with my purchase.

I would never buy it again. I got one for Christmas and returned it because it was getting clogged up easily. Returned it and got a replacement and the exact same thing happens almost every time I vacuum. I have to remove the cover on the beater bar and dig out a huge clump of dog hair/dust.

This vacuum is amazing. I have three dogs (that are super shedders), a long haired cat, a daughter, a messy husband, and I have very long and thick hair. This vacuum makes my floors (hard and carpet) so clean! I have a Dyson and another Shark. The morning before this vacuum arrived I vacuumed. When this arrived I was so excited I vacuumed immediately. I had to dump the canister (which is huge) twice! It picks up everything!

I usually buy a cheap $50 vacuum, that would last me 5+ years, but they no longer make them so I had to find a new one. Kind of decided on this because it's multi-floor. It actually works for that and doesn't just throw it all behind the vacuum! I also love the one click convenience of the hose attachment. So far worth every penny, but it's going to have to last a long while for me to be completely okay with the price.

I have bought this vacuum 3 times! This was my first vacuum and I was just really wanting Shark to work for our family. The original lasted two years. The second lasted two years and the third stopped working after four months. I should of given up after the first one, but this was my first vacuum and didn’t want to explore other brands. I just purchased my first Bissel & WOW. Such a difference. My tank was completely full and showed how much my shark was not picking up. If you are going to get a Shark, get a nicer model.

this isi my 2nd shark rotator pet plus, first lasted 2 yrs, this one just made it a little over one month, was working great all of a sudden it smelled like its burning and and there seems to be a pop on the side then air comes out of the port, sounds like a pressure relive vavle, yet all filters spotless,

Great Black Friday Deal. No model is perfect. This is my 2nd shark. A few complaints on this model. 1.The power cord placement. If you are not holding or manipulating the powercord, because of its placement on the unit it can wrap under the neck at the base. Then if/when you try to lock it in the upright position the cord can get pinched. Even possibly damaged if you force it not realizing. 2.It does'nt have the power switch on the handle like my other older Shark. I constantly have to reach around to turn it off instead of pressing a button on the handle where my thumb is already. 3. The filters are different. Standardize to save everyone time and money. Does a great job otherwise. They hold up better than a comparable model at the price. It's a household vacuum that I use in my house like a shopvac and I've had shop vacs that didn't last or do as well a job.

The shark navigator pet plus upright vacuum works wonders when you are a pet owner. It has extremely strong suction power and sucks up embedded pet hair quickly and efficiently. I love the lightweight design. It's easier to move it from room to room. The long cord allows me to get a large area done without being restricted. It has a large capacity basket that is easy to empty out. I also love the modern look to it as well.
