This vacuum sucks!! And I mean that in a good way! We had a Shark before and the hose separated. I asked my husband to take it to the vacuum repair shop. The man there told him that it’s not worth fixing a “throwaway vacuum”. So, my husband bought a different kind. I tried to like it but it was heavy and cumbersome. Within three months it became clogged and so I had a reason to order a new Shark! Yay! We have two Labs who shed all day and all night. It’s almost embarrassing how much hair is in the canister when I empty it. I also love the tool that goes on the end of the wand. It makes short work of couches and dog beds.

I love this vacuum I have had other sharks as well ( I own a resort) this one is a great value !! Love the big dump cup, wand, container etc are easy off , I like that the attachments are attached in this model - hard surface setting is handy - only negative is the cord is not as long as in my last shark - which I had for ages !! Great buy !! Highly recommend

I just bought this vacum to keep on a lower level. Truthfully I couldn't believe how much dust I collected after one vacum considerisng that I vacum weekly and that my prime vacum was a much more expensive vacum. Anyways, very happy with my purchase. Good on carpet and bare floors.

The cord is ridiculously short! The cord comes out of the vacuum at the bottom and is always in the way. The little clip up top to hold the cord out of the way is useless. Anytime you take the wand out to use the attachments, the whole thing tips over. The absolutely worst thing - anytime you lean forward to move something out of the way (the annoying cord!!), you get a blast of hot air in your face. I'll spend the extra and get another Dyson next time.

I have purchased 3 sharks every one of them clogs up in the roller brush and you have to manually unclog them, they are hairless rolls. i would not recommend these and i went and got the BISSELL PET from Sams and the huge canister was almost full from the lack of a good vaccum. Get the BISSELL PET, just sayin You will calling Manf to get it cleaned out.

I purchased this vacuum a couple of months ago and it is terrible. We have mostly hard floors and it does ok on them if I am only moving forward, it wont pick up when pulling back. It constantly stops spinning when on the thick carpet that we only have in 2 bedrooms. we have to keep turning it off and back on to get through the room. I prefer vacuums with bags so I knew I wouldn't be happy about that, but this one is really messy when you empty it, and I have to empty it several times each time I vacuum since we have a shedding dog. It also has a short cord so I regularly have to move the plug around. I am looking into a new vacuum already. This one is driving us crazy.

I bought this for my daughter & son-in-law. Our SIL went home Christmas night and vacuumed. Daughter said her old cleaner just got the dirt on top of the carpet. They LOVE it! Our daughter said she loved how quiet the cleaner was. Wish I had ordered 1 for myself!

Bought this in kind of emergency situation so I didn’t research or read much. This vacuum is super functional, easy to use and works sooooo good! Had it for a month with yellow lab dog hair, easy to empty and the exhaust doesn’t smell like dog like my old one. Great vacuum, great price!

Bought this for my Siberian Husky. It’s only been one and a half month. Vacuum just stopped getting the smallest pieces. The suction Justin slowly degraded. Even though, I keep instructional maintenance pretty good. I registered this on the actual shark website. But they don’t have an icon for it. Nor, a round filter replacement that fits on the top of the canister. There’s none online that I’ve searched for. Their support team just links me to the bottom three filters. It was great but a waste.

Cannot access hose to remove clogs, and there are about 4 places that clogs form. You are having left with having to force clogs through from spot to spot constantly. Then, when you pull back on the handle while vacuuming, the seems where the handle/extension tube connect open up and reduces suction.This is complete garbage.
