I had to get this replaced twice. It’s not worth the money. Get something else. Maybe a Dyson. I’ve had both and I prefer the Shark Stick over these things. It just isn’t worth the trouble.

I loved my old model Shark. This one has a much shorter cord, which is annoying, and hardly picks up at all. The rotator locks up on carpet, and my carpet is very short. I'm already shopping for something else.

I have all hardwood floors and the vacuum is horrible on it. Doesn’t pick up dog hair so I still have to use the broom. Just plain out horrible vacuum definitely not worth the money and I love shark vacuums but hate this one.

Got this vacuum to replace the one we’ve had for 8 years. This one quit the second it touched carpet. Not sure if it is just a bad vacuum or not, but definitely not a good sign if this is where their quality is nowadays.

I am in love with this vacuum! Massive amounts of pet hair is a constant in my house, and this vacuum tackled that mess with very little effort. The suction is amazing. One pass and the hair is lifted. The canister is huge, which is perfect for picking up tons of hair. I can vacuum my entire house and still don't need to empty it. Definitely recommend if you have pets. I would absolutely buy this vacuum again!

I bought the "Shark" a few months ago and gave it a good chance to replace my old Dyson. Don't waste money on it. The cord is too short and gets in the way. As an afterthought they tried to solve this by putting a little plastic clip on the side to hold it out of the way. Suction is pitiful. It drags on heavy carpet making the chore a tedious workout. The tank retains dust and is hard to keep clean. You can't inspect the level of dirt to decide when to empty it. I'll be tossing it soon and looking for another Dyson.

I had my last vacuum for over 10 years and it finally broke down. It worked great, but heavy compared to the Shark and it did not get as many angles as this vacuum does. Works great on pet hair! The cord is not as long as my other vacuum so I do need to move it another plug to finish vacuuming each level of my house - not a biggie. Cord is located in an odd place on the vacuum that causes some tangling unless I put it over my shoulder. Would definitely purchase AGAIN!

I purchased this after reading the reviews. I’m so glad I did! I have two dogs and four cats. This vacuum picks up pet hair with ease. The suction on this is amazing. Dumping the dirt and debris is very easy. Its not too heavy and is very easy to maneuver. I highly recommend for high traffic carpets and people with pets. You will not regret giving this a try!

Not happy with this vacuum cleaner! The red brush indicator light continues to come on after 30 seconds or so when vacuuming. 2nd time using it! There are NO clogs. I would highly recommend avoiding this vacuum cleaner. There is nothing PetPlus about it! Unfortunately, I threw away the box or I'd be returning it. It's a total waste of money.

I purchased the Shark Rotator Pet Plus Vacuum to replace my Shark Navigator Pro and it did NOT disappoint! My previous Shark had seen better days, and this new one could not have come in at a better time. I love the larger tank and coloration of this model. Suction power is wonderful, as was with all my other Sharks. I will never get another brand of vacuum again!
