This vacuum worked wonderfully the first time! I was so excited that I finally found a vacuum that could handle my 3 pets and long haired family members! The second time I used it the red brush light went on. I cleaned it up, took it apart and was fine with doing so but ever since then the light kept coming on and it still does not pick up anything! So frustrated because it worked awesome at first!! So if you don't have pets this is a good vacuum for you.

OK. This is my second Shark. I was so impressed with the first one I bought another. This is a GREAT vacuum, the suction is incredible. Very good BASIC vacuum. However, I might return it. Why? Well, comparing it to my first Shark (Rotator...Pet Plus)...no light on vacuum or handle...this is really a great feature and this one does not have it. The cord is shorter than my first Shark...also a big deal as I can’t reach where I used to. The power switch (which I am used to on the handle... Very convenient) is down further and I have to bend over to switch it (and stop what I’m doing). Lastly....NOT a good vacuum for thicker carpets...HARD to push....amazing for bare floors and short carpets however! I may keep it for my business and just get a different Shark for home. Haven’t decided...for the price...can’t be beat.

I like the suction of this vaccuum but the brush roll is so full of hair after every vaccuuming I have to get the scissors out and cut it all off every single use. I wouldn't have bought this vaccuum if I would have known that. Go with a self cleaning brush roll if you have people in your house with long hair!

Love this sweeper great for pet hair lots of power

Very good suction, but the vacuum does not last long.

Excellent value and quality Pet vacuum that is very efficient!

Amazing on the dog hair in my house!

love this vaccum, it's powerful, easy to work with, light weight, house work just got easier.

Works well, but is heavy.

Amazing retriever of dog hair. Love the attachment you can run over furniture or bedding.
