I LOVE my Shark products! It picks up dust and dog hair which is amazing at my house. This one has a longer extension so I can reach under the beds and reaching corners in my tall ceilings.

We purchased this to supersede our old Oreck for picking up shed fur from our new rescue dog. Have only used on the floor thus far but it performs very well on both carpet and hardwood flooring.

The perfect hoover for a thorough clean if you have pets! I have no complaints, doesn't need emptying often with a big dust capacity, only as noisy as any other standard hoover, easy to use and gets into all corners and cracks as expected!

With 2 dog this is a life saver. Picks up all types of pet and human hair. The roller does not get bogged down with hair and suction is amazing. Dust bin is easy to empty.

I used a dyson stick until I got this shark model. I could not believe how much dust was picked up after vacuuming with the dyson. It was gross to see what the dyson missed and there was a lot! Only downside is this one feels pretty heavy/clunky.

I highly recommend this vacuum! I just ordered one for my daughter too. Great swivel steering to get into & under tight spots. Lightweight & easy to carry up & down stairs. I just love this vacuum!

Have had for 2 years. Yes it may swivel and rotate which is great. But after so long it finally shorted out so when it’s in the upright position it just turns off even if the button is still on. Also with that, it quit sucking and just spins.

I purchased about 18 months ago and all I get done is clean clogs from the hose. Repair people won't even check it. They say they are junk. Receipt is loss so I can't return it.

After 8 months it doesn’t “suck” anything up. I have tried everything to try to fix it and it’s useless. I’m pretty upset about it as I’ve bought shark products in the past with no issues whatsoever.

We are very disappointed with this vacuum. We are on our 4th one and the hoses keeps ripping at the top and/or at the bottom. You can’t tap them or replace the hoses. The suction stopped about three months after buying them. We are switching to another brand.
