It works great! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the little hook to hold the cord up doesn’t really hold the cord very well. It gets in the way as I use the machine. Other than that, I love it!

We've abused several vaccums since we always have dogs. This one comes apart easily to get behind doors or the baseboards. It takes some getti g used to how it swivels differently but it very powerful!

This is the vacuum that I have been waiting for. Now my carpet are thoroughly clean. I can see and feel the difference in the carpet when I am finished vacuuming. I would definitely recommend this vacuum if you want your carpet clean thoroughly.

Great vacuum! Really gets dust and pet hair out of carpet. Even vacuumed a carpet after vacuuming with another vacuum and it still filled the canister!!

I was so worried about buying a new vacuum, because I have a dog and a cat and a particular rug that has been impossible to get the hair off of, so I chose the Shark Pet Plus and held my breath, but it works great! So happy about this purchase.

This vacuum is excellent! Easy to use and picks up so much dirt, and pet hair - its scary. It does not have a light which was a little disappointing. Love the easy access to clean the filters and dumping is a snap! Would highly recommend.

Replaced my old Shark vacuum with this one & couldn't be happier! It’s quiet, rolls smoothly on carpet or hardwood, & picks up everything in its path.

Love this vaccum! I've had a shark vaccum for 4 years and wanted to upgrade. Glad I did as this is a very nice update. It's powerful and agile. I also love the feature that allows you to detach the wand for small pick ups.

This vacuum has suction to spare! It puts my old Hoover to shame. no kick back on tile, the upholstery brush actually spins, picks up all the hair and does not stop when you put it on furniture! Think I have found my new brand of vacuum for life!
