I purchased this vacuum because it was smaller and it was a great price. It does a great job! But, the canister is so large, I still cannot use it under furniture and in smaller areas.

I’ve only had the vacuum cleaner two weeks, but so far I love the power that picks up cat hair. I only wish there was a light that shows where you have vacuumed.

From the initial use, a red light came on intermittently. We used the trouble shooting guide and no luck. Disappointed since out previous model works great.

It works great! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the little hook to hold the cord up doesn’t really hold the cord very well. It gets in the way as I use the machine. Other than that, I love it!

The Shark Rotator Pet Plus is a cleaning machine. I am pleased with this vacuum. I like the versatility of the handle to reach high places and underneath furniture. My dogs area has never been cleaner. I highly recommend this vacuum.

This vacuum is excellent! Easy to use and picks up so much dirt, and pet hair - its scary. It does not have a light which was a little disappointing. Love the easy access to clean the filters and dumping is a snap! Would highly recommend.

I love the vacuum because it has it al amazing suction for the pet hair, super lightweight handling, and very comfortable grip. It's highly versatile on different surfaces and feels durable and high quality. A total lifesaver for everyday cleaning

The shark navigator pet plus upright vacuum works wonders when you are a pet owner. It has extremely strong suction power and sucks up embedded pet hair quickly and efficiently. I love the lightweight design. It's easier to move it from room to room. The long cord allows me to get a large area done without being restricted. It has a large capacity basket that is easy to empty out. I also love the modern look to it as well.

Cannot access hose to remove clogs, and there are about 4 places that clogs form. You are having left with having to force clogs through from spot to spot constantly. Then, when you pull back on the handle while vacuuming, the seems where the handle/extension tube connect open up and reduces suction.This is complete garbage.
