We love the Premium Gold Organic Flaxseed. It used to be available in our Sam's Store. I'm thankfull I can still order it online and have it shipped.

I like that it's organic. Purchased it several times and use it for smoothies and oatmeal. Sometimes add it to bread recipes.

This Flax seed flour is real good quality. Flour texture is just right for me (not too fine and not too coarse). Good price too. I love it.

Been buying in store. Have to buy 2 at a time on line now, but I keep it in the freezer anyway so I’m ok with it. The quality is good and it’s a better deal than in retail stores.

I've used this brand of Flaxseed for about 10 years. I use it in cooking to replace eggs and oil and I add it to my oatmeal each morning for Omega 3 value. I'm very pleased with it.

I haven't had any problems whatsoever eating a tablespoon of this organic flaxseed in my food twice a day. Although there's a minimum of 2 bags per purchase, you will not find a better value anywhere else. Very smart Sam's purchase!

I was unable to find this golden flaxseed in any store, even Sam's warehouse store locally, but they did have it online, thank goodness! I use it every day in my healthy smoothies and it blends beautifully without changing the colors or texture of the fruits I use. It is a much nicer texture than most ground flaxseed.

This is just what I was looking for! I found a recipe online for morning hot cereal. It’s my favorite! You add an egg, 1 cup of water/milk, 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed and 2 Tbsp coconut flour and microwave it until it’s done. I add a small amount of coconut oil and that really good stevia sweetener that Sam’s Club sells. I love it!
