I enjoyed placing this in my morning, smoothie to help give me fiber and Omega’s. It mixes well with all my powder, spinach, and water

I use ground flax seed on my dry cereal along with chia seed. On the rare occasions when I eat oatmeal, I also use this combination. Of course, this combination is also used in smoothies. Overall, I must say that the ground flax seed is a very healthy and tasty addition to my diet.

Premium Gold is a high quality flax seed we use for waffles and occasional biscuits (buns). I bake cookies with it finely ground (this style is medium but will work).

This is a great health benefit to add in oatmeal, cereal, baking (substitute for eggs, especially for vegans), include in make homemade granola balls/bars, and much more. This is also GREAT for those who has digestive problem and believe me, it works! A great natural remedy to eat to clean out the digestive and colon. Works great in clearing up diverticulitis or any kind of infection of the digestive/colon system. Eat 2 tablespoon of ground flaxseed, drink with plenty of water to help flush out the system twice daily until you start to feel better then cut back to once a day. I highly recommend this great nutrition!

We have been using the flaxseed from Sam's Club for some time now. It's so easy to add to your daily diet. Just add it to a smoothie or cereal. I usually purchase it in store but couldn't find it. It is wonderful to be able to order it online and shipping was free!

There are two different bags one clearly says ground and the other one clearly says whole. This is a great price compared to many many other brands.

We use to buy this at our local Sam's club until they stopped carrying it. It is the best flaxseed. We've tried others, but this is ground perfectly and works well in recipes. The only thing I didn't like is having to buy 2 online.

This price for this Flaxseed is less than the company itself charges. I am so thankful that I found this being sold from Sam's. Best price. Now, I will look at all that Sam's sells!

Good price and nice texture. Have used in smoothies and mixed into breading for fish, chicken and vegetables. Having to buy (2) 4 lb. bags on line is quite a bit though.

Experts claim that once grounded, Flaxseed do not last as long. Package arrived fresh, with a healthy expiration date, and I use it for baking, smoothies, and it has good taste. Considering the amount, refrigeration in a sealed container might be prudent. 4 Stars.
