I got this for Christmas2022 for an upgrade from an old one only makes 2 cups of coffee every Monday and we'll this piece of garbage stopped working on March 18 2024 and try to get keurig to help you forget that non speaking American can't understand them never buy one again

We’ve tried de-scaling and cleaning this many times, we’ve owned several other Keurig models and this is by far the worst. It also sprays coffee all over the counter (when it did actually brew) even with a tall cup. Three months old and it’s going back.

Only the 6oz size with 'strong mode' turned on yields drinkable coffee instead of flavored water. But it's still weak. If you've drunk coffee from a slow pourover drip (asian), or a French press, or a moka pot, or an aeropress,... basically anything other than standard American drip coffee, then this will totally disappointment you. But it's a quick and convenient caffeine fix, and my daughter is hooked on the hot chocolate that she can make on it herself. Our unit has developed a small leak around the pod within a week of use. I think this new generation of units is puncturing the top of the pods in too many places and it's just hard for them to maintain a good seal.

This was purchased to replace a keurig I had nearly 10 years. First, this does not use the standard k-cups, so I had to purchase different ones, when using ground coffee. Within a year, the pull down bar snapped and the Keurig just shut down mid cup and I was never able to power on again. I reached out to keurig with no response. Very very disappointing and poorly made.

I bought this 3 months ago and it brews REALLY SLOW despite doing the routine cleaning. It would brew good for a few days and brew slow again. Both with or without the k cup in the machine. I can't return it to the store with my limited mobility even though this was delivered to my home from the store. I don't have the option to return it via any other method. I've never had a problem with any of the Keurig's I've had in the past so it must be a defective machine.

Mine didn't work right after I cleaned it, so I cleaned it again and it stopped working permanently. I pried it open to find the reset button but no luck! I bought this coffee pot 11/19/22 but didn't start using it til probably Jan 2023. 3 months tops, this is my 2nd keurig and I will be looking for a different brand. Any suggestions?

My machine broke in 7 months. The previous Keurig also died within the year. I bought the dual brew ninja and it's way better. Also, unbeknownst until recently, Keurig deliberately makes sure the machine has difficulty with non Keurig cups. It pours the wrong amount, usually much less than the correct amount with non Keurig cups.

I purchased this coffee maker three months ago. When the descale light came on, I descaled the machine following Keurig's directions. Before completing the descaling process, the machine died. Called Keurig and they wanted me to send the machine back to them and offered to replace it after inspecting the machine. What you're supposed to do for a coffee machine while they are inspecting the dead unit is unknown. I ended up searching YouTube for videos on how to fix it. Found NUMEROUS videos on how to reset the internal thermostat of this style of coffee maker. That did indeed work. How lame that Keurig sells a machine that their recommended maintenance breaks on a regular basis. Will never buy another Keurig.

I bought this less than 3 months ago. I am returning it. At first the descale light went on, less than 2 months after I used it, that's not right. I have never had a Keurig machine that needed descaling so quickly. But I went thru the descaling process and the descale light remained on. My son managed to fix it by going on the internet to troubleshoot the problem. So I continued to use it. But just yesterday, it is impossible to brew the proper cup size. A 10 oz cup drips out only 2 ounces. You have to keep going thru a brew selection process to get enough ounces to make one cup. That was the last straw. The original Keurig machines w/o all the fancy add-ons and selection buttons worked much better, lasting YEARS. This model is junk.

There are multiple streams when brewing...much better flavor from the same k-cup you'd get with a single stream machine. You'd have to be an owner of an original k-cup machine to appreciate the improvements.....well worth upgrading to this machine (plus, what's the risk? If you don't like it, it can be returned...).Try it you'll like it!
