It is in between the single one cup’s where you add just that one cup of water and the big volume (water) coffee makers thus it’s a tweener. It really does add that extra flavor to your coffee. The auto shut off is also a great feature…and their are also so many other features that make this a great coffee maker. It does save space but it does not accept the coffee pods (Tayst) that I prefer and have used for years. There were coffee grinds all over the machine and in my coffee mug. When I called Keurig I was told that Tayst is not on their preferred coffee list. I think the consumer should be made aware that there are many coffee pods that cannot be used with this new machine.

I also am able to modify where the water dispense is placed. This newer model takes up less space then my older one (that still works!) So now I can have 12oz of hot water for tea, coffee or hot cocoa.

We have been using it daily and love the features, like, it does not need to heat up, just put your cup under it, put in a k-cup, select what size and hit the big K button. It heats the water as it brews, very quick. I also like the auto shut-off after 5 minutes. we used to forget the old one and it would stay on all day. The water tank with the charcoal filter is great as well. We can now use tap water and the coffee tastes great. I just wish Keurig made a reusable k-cup that didn't require disassembling the coffee maker. I had to buy aftermarket one so I could brew my own coffee without having to remove the k-cup holder.

So now we’re in a “30 day trial” on the location of the reservoir after I made him change the position. (LOL). Very easy and simple to use. Gives us a choice of 4, 6, 8, or 12 oz.... or a combination if we choose. And also STRONG or OVER ICE (which I like for iced tea or iced coffee).

Used only filtered water and the filter inside the water reservoir. Descale light came on. Used white vinegar 3 times, put in a 4th batch and left it overnight. Pushed the 8 & 10 oz buttons as recommended. Nothing helped. Called Keurig. The girl sounded like I woke her up. Not helpful at all. My option was to wait for a shipping label to be sent to me. Then return the machine. once they receive the damaged item, they will send out another unit to replace it. So it's looking like I'll be without machine for probably 2 weeks.

The handle does not stay flush when brewing. It doesn't seem to affect the brewing of the coffee, but it is disconcerting having it engage the pod and then pop back up leaving a 1/4" gap. When there is no pod, the handle is flush. I only use Keurig coffee pods.
