There were coffee grinds all over the machine and in my coffee mug. When I called Keurig I was told that Tayst is not on their preferred coffee list. I think the consumer should be made aware that there are many coffee pods that cannot be used with this new machine.

So far every cup has been almost perfect. no idea how it would be made any better or if its even possible. the only improvement would be the addition of an inlet port to run a water line directly to it, although I doubt most people would want a water line on their counter top.

This is replacing an older Keurig that we had been having for about 7 years. It is very slim and fits better in our kitchen. We liked that there were three colors to pick from. I was really aprtial to the higher model that was stainless steel, but didn't want to spend a lot more money for this look. The grey is a little darker than in the pictures and it looks a little "plasticy" compared to all the stainless we were trying to match. That might be the only drawback. I have a travel mug that barely fits this unit where the older model had more highth.

I purchased this one because of that and am very happy with it so far. The only 'thing' that could be improved is the temperature of the coffee after brewing. After brewing I need to zap my cup in the microwave for 30 seconds on high to bring it up to an acceptable temperature. The old Keurig heated up water before it brewed, the new Keurig heats the water as it brews through the coffee pod just to safe 15 seconds on producing a cup of coffee.
