Love it! This is my first Keurig, so can't really compare it to any of the other styles available, but it was just what I was looking for. Holds 64 oz, pods or regular coffee (filter included for that). Comes with a water filter I have not used yet (my house has a built in filter system). This Keurig also came with a bonus 24 pods to try!! AND the water reservoir comes off for filling and can be rotated straight back to save side space as well, which is really neat! The water/coffee comes out just the right temperature too. So far, pretty happy with this machine!

To me this keurig seems cheap made. Water reservoir shakes away from machine when putting pod in to make coffee. Doesnt seem sturdy. I do like that it comes on automatically when you lift handle to put pod in though. Nothing like the quality of my last keurig. I hate they stopped making my original machine.

When my 8-9 year old machine died, I was so happy to find this one as a Black Friday deal to replace it. When I got it, I realized it didn’t have the menu to set a start time, however, this is almost instantly ready and doesn’t need to heat up like the old one! I am so pleased with it.

I like the Keurig K-Supreme but would like it a lot better if I could use the K-cup with my own coffee. The fact that you packaged it together you would think it would work with the single serve. Was dissapointed that it didn't and not sure why you even package it together. I bought it so I guess you fooled me.

Slightly Disappointed, the coffee started off tasting ok using the filter provided for your own coffee, then it got less strong quickly. I am not sure if this is the right product for me. I will try for a couple of weeks if it gets worse will return the item.

I had an “ailing” Keurig & thought it was time to replace the older model. I am SO glad I upgraded. This coffee brewer is so fast, and the coffee tastes better with the multistream technology that Keurig now uses. Also, the unit itself has a very small footprint (taking up very little counter space). Love it!!

This Keurig works okay, but is cheaply made for price point. It wobbles back and forth, side to side on countertop. Have not had that problem before, it's not the countertop -- it's the Keurig. Will soon return to an old fashioned coffeemaker with glass carafe. Makes better coffee and a lot less expensive.

We have used Keurig coffeemakers for a number of years and this is the best one yet! Love that it is instantly ready without waiting for it to warm up. Brews great coffee with the larger hole puncher, and it’s going to tell me when it needs to be descaled.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my mom and it is her first keurig and she loves it.

wish the bottom try was completely removable so we could use it with a shelf and taller mugs
