This broke the 3rd day I used it, it would not filter the water thru the pod. Secondly the coffee pods were not including in the box as advertised on the box and being included.

When my 8-9 year old machine died, I was so happy to find this one as a Black Friday deal to replace it. When I got it, I realized it didn’t have the menu to set a start time, however, this is almost instantly ready and doesn’t need to heat up like the old one! I am so pleased with it.

Disappointed

Slightly Disappointed, the coffee started off tasting ok using the filter provided for your own coffee, then it got less strong quickly. I am not sure if this is the right product for me. I will try for a couple of weeks if it gets worse will return the item.

Not good at all for reusable K cup

I had high hopes for this with the new multi stream technology and it may well for the regular k cup pods. But when it comes to the reusable k cup, it is now a complicated multi step process and you can not use filters easily. As I only use the reusable k cups due to the pods not being landfill friendly, I have gone back to the Kuerig Classic

Short lived

I LOVED it for the 4 days it worked. Heated up quick, brewed coffee nicely, but only lasted 4 days. Would not even turn on after that. Keurig is sending a replacement, but what a let down. We've now been without for a week. Our last keurig lasted 10+ years. Hopefully the replacement lasts.

Very happy with my Keurig product. Very disappointed when i walked into sams today and notice the same unit on sale for about $39. Less. I tried to get a price adjustment and was told i could not have the adjustment because i ordered the Keurig online. I explained that picked up the Keurig from this store, still no price adjustment. This was very disappointing. Im not a happy customer. I dont see the difference in me walking in the store to purchase the Keurig or the Keurig being brought to my car in the parking lot. I still purchased from that same store.

Not sure about this Keurig

Not sure how I like this Keurig. Only after about 5 days of making coffee, I had to descale it. Then this morning, the final sound it makes, after brewing acup of coffee, would not go off like it should. I raised the lid and ir still was making that sound but finally quit. I may be taking it back and getting a different one.

Disappointed in Quality of this model

This came quickly and worked fine until a few days ago. Now the head won’t stay down and for the life of me I can’t figure out why. It was a gift for someone in another state who’s nearest Sams is over an hour away and they’re in their 80’s so to instruct them on how to print a label and ship it back will be impossible. I’m still pondering how to handle this but I’m disappointed kuerig because the one we have lasted over 10 years with never an issue and this one is less then a month in use and already broken.

Easy to set up. it just was a process of trial and errors on what size cup setting to use. other than that he seems to like it.

HOT water. Buttons hard to see

Very hot water for tea. Has a button for iced coffee. The water resevoir is easy to use has a handle and takes a little over 1/2 gallon. Our only problem is we can't read the buttons on top blends into the button, not lit up. Have to find the on button every time you use it. SupposeÄŹ to conserve energy. But maybe white on black at least for the buttons. Also cord is very short.
