much faster and quieter than prior models, uses less counter space. The coffee has a better and bolder taste.

Works very well. Only problem is when you use the coffee screen adapter it dribbles out instead of a nice straight stream coming out of the Brewer. The adapters don’t seem like they’re made for this particular model brewer

New system to perforate pod frequently crushed the pod causing grounds to end up in coffee. Also, temperature of brewed coffee was much lower that other Keurigs (4) that we have owned. Returned to store as defective.

Is ready quicker. Hotter, better tasting coffee. Also the refill receptacle is easier to remove and replace. Lastly it takes us less room. Its a win, win.

Terrible purchase! Almost every cup I made, no matter which brand of pods I used I ended up with a lot of grounds IN the cup of coffee! Terribly disappointed in this product! Would NOT recommend whatsoever!

My wife uses K cup pods, I use the refillable pods. To change from one to the other on this machine, you have to press the receiver mech. out and then back in to change in to the other a real hassle. I am going to return it for this reason.

We bought this to replace an older model. It works great, love the handle on the water reservoir and the compact design. It warms up quicker than our old machine.

I love the style of this Keurig. However, my first one lasted 2 years and this one doesn't always dispense the water correctly. So it is not reliable. I accept the quirks because I like the style.

I know things happen, this was a birthday gift it only worked about a week before quitting so disappointed. Now I have to send a gift back and try to get a new one.
