The Keira pod adapter doesn’t fit and there are no paper filters that fit this machine. Putting grounds directly into and adaptor pod is incredibly messy and not worth the work to clean. When I called to get a return authorization, the agent said they would send me a prepaid label as an exception to their standard of having the customer pay for the return since I have been purchasing Keurigs for years. The company then did not honor this and insisted that I must pay for the return, which is cost prohibitive compared to the cost of the Keurig. Perfect coffee every time.

I don't even know how many years ago and have been using them ever since, This one is my favorite so far. The price was great, it holds 66oz. of water, there's no need to warm up before you use it. You just lift the lid, put in your pod and press the size cup you want. There is no wait time for it to warm up. This one also has an over ice button for ice coffee.

I use a lot of ground coffee, so I use the reusable “My K Cup”. The k cup holder in the machine is much harder to pop out to get the reusable one in than it was in my older machine. There’s less space at the back to get your fingers in there.

My previous k-cup type brewer took several minutes to heat the water prior to starting and would make so much noise doing it. With this Keurig maker, it's starts in about 3 seconds, does it very quietly and makes my coffee much stronger than my previous maker. On top of that the water reservoir can be on the side or in the back giving my options to place it in my limit counter space.
