Delivery response time was great and in received in excellent condition. This maker produces coffee faster than my previous unit, and very quiet. I also like the streamline design. However, I am very disappointed in the taste quality of the coffee brewed. I have tried several flavors of coffee, and it seems the taste is inferior to my previous Keurig unit. I have to add more sugar and cream to tolerate the taste. This my 4th Keurig maker.

I decided to treat myself to a new, streamline, sage green Keurig after my large, bulky Keurig I’d enjoyed for nine years began causing me problems. New machine works great, takes up less space and looks beautiful on my cabinet, but the coffee is not even hot when it brews. I’ve read that I need to hold down the brewing button for a bit until the coffee brews, but I’m disappointed that a new machine requires this step. Will contact Keurig with this problem. I know they will make it right. They always do.

In the past I had the K-Mini but felt the water tank was just too small and it got a bit annoying to refill for every cup. Then I had a larger traditional Keurig and felt it wasted too much space on the counter top. :) Finally I found my perfect match! It's as slim as the K-Mini (if you position the tank in the back) but holds a lot more water AND has a ton more features. Love it!

I had a K-Slim before this K-Supreme. I believe the Supreme is the better brewer, It has the Multi-Stream Technology- a fancy way of saying the pods are punctured -and hot water comes out of -several different places. I like the multi-stream. My cup of coffee from the Supreme, made with 12 ounces of water, tastes stronger than the cup from the Slim made with less water-10 ounces and a single puncture. I really enjoy my new K-Supreme. The water reservoir is easy to fill and not annoyingly small. The Supreme uses a filter, the Slim doesn't. The Supreme has a sturdy feeling pod piercing handle. I felt like the handle of the slim needed to be used more delicately. If you place the water in the REAR position, the Supreme doesn't seem to take up any more space than the Slim. But the reservoir is so much easier to deal with in the Supreme. Even though the Supreme is more expensive, I believe it is a better product for the money, And if you shop around on-line or are a member of a club store, you can find the Supreme at an awesome price that also comes with an assortment of 24 pods--Free! I even got free shipping from my club store. PS My brewer does not sputter and or spit coffee all over the place. Neither of the brewers I purchased had that problem.

We had our previous Keurig for 8 years! Dependable but heavy and bulky. Upgraded to this machine and what a difference. Love the technology with multiple punctures. Similar to how our Nespresso works to extract rich cup of coffee. Also, this machine heats the water FAST and is very quiet.

My new Keurig coffee brewer is one super item. It is easy to use and pleasure to have gotten. It also has a very modern looking design which I think is neat and it makes a great cup of coffee. I have had Keurig brewers in the past and will continue to buy one as needed.

As someone who doesn't have much counter space, I appreciate that the water reservoir can be positioned either on the side or in the rear of the brewer. The color is beautiful, and of course this unit works wonderfully to brew a cup of coffee pretty quickly. The only downside is that I had to purchase a specific filter (My K-Cup) to brew my own coffee, but that's nothing against this unit. Overall this is a good value and I would recommend it to anyone who is a bit tight on counter space like me.

This is such a wonderful new design in every way except for the light cheap qplastic. Just the right size for my sitting room, office, library. Got the larger size for Xmas. The new design is so much smarter in appearance, size, and function than older models. Simple controls. Love the easy to fill handled water tank and that it’s ready to brew all the time. No confusing control menus and settings that get wiped out if it loses power. Very pleased with everything except for the lightweight plastic materials. I was shocked at how thin and cheap the plastic is. The water tank wobbles all over doesn’t fit securely to the body of the brewer as the larger style does. The previous styles large and small brewers were made so well. This one is alarmingly fragile. Don’t expect it to last long. Was very disappointed with the poor quality that I almost sent it right back.

I never understood the hype about a kuerig. I get it now. Quick, super hot and tasty cup of coffee or tea all within minutes. I've had my kuerig only a couple weeks. I quit buying coffee out. I do drink more tea now. Super happy and love the Jade like color .

I ordered the K-Supreme Keurig because my old Keurig was behaving poorly. It would not stop dripping. It shut off and reset the clock when no "blip" in power occurred. It had worked fine for a few years so we decided to buy a replacement before the old on quit entirely. A day before the new Keurig arrived the old one started working so it remains in service with the K-Supreme sitting on the shelf.
