So far, loving this machine

So far, I am loving this machine. I like strong dark coffee, but now have to drink decaf, and unfortunately, decaf pods usually are a medium blend. So, the strength button is perfect for me to optimize the taste. Easy to use, although initially, I had to call Keurig because I was not getting the pods in correctly. I learned that for this machine, you need to use a little more pressure to get the pod seated correctly.

Large water reserve.

Have other Keurig products. Ordered this model because it has a large water reserve. The only down side is that we can not use our current reusable K cups. This model "punches" 5 holes in the K cup so we are goig to try the reusable K cups for this model BUT thhey are very expensive!!

Keurig K-Supreme - BROKE already

I received my Keurig on January 21st, we started using on January 22 and on February 1 we plugged in the Keurig to brew our first cup and started to smell something burning..the machine did not brew and now will not even light up when we plug it in. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Prior to this machine we had a Keurig that lasted 7 years. We are hoping Keurig will make this right and the next machine will not have issues. I will be calling the customer service line today, February 2, to report the issue. Tina

Hoping that this machine lasts longer…

Our past 4 Keurig Coffee Makers have not lasted long enough to warrant the price that they cost. I’m in great hopes that this machine lasts longer than just under 2 years. We love the taste of the coffee that the Keurig makes but if the machine doesn’t last any longer than the last ones have….it'll. be our last.

But that's when the Customer Service Department needs to step up with quality service. Certainly appreciate the modern compact design and the flexibility of the water reservoir location. The only issue so far with the unit is that the temperature of the coffee in the cup needs to be hotter. it would be excellent if the unit was designed with a temperature control to increase the temperature.

Improved water reservoir and quieter

I always thought there should be more water input holes in cup so when I saw new design I had to purchase. I am on the fence on improved flavor but am very happy with new reservoir design. So much easier to carry, fill, and place on Keurig. It does hold sightly less water then other style. The way the Keurig works is different than other models as it instant heats water at time of brewing. So this, along with way water is pushed through makes process slightly slower (and quieter) Deal breaker? No. Just not what I am used to with previous years of Keurig use.

We bought this after using this at a condo in FL and thinking it would be nice for ourselves. Unfortunately, when we got it and set it up, it did not work. The top wouldn’t shut fully when there was a K cup inserted and the top would overflow like it was blocked from brewing.
