Great coffee maker!

I received this from Influenster and I love it! Set up was easy and I love the way you can move the water reservoir to save counter space! I received this product for free or complimentary for testing purposes.

So Disappointed

I am so disappointed. I bought this and it was ok for a month then the water wasn't heating well and the coffee was always two ounces less when made. I purchased a variety of pods and even a pod rack.

Terrible

Worked fine for a little while. Now sputters out a couple of ounces of liquid and massive amounts of steam no matter which cup size is chosen. Sometimes spews grounds all in the machine and cup.

2 failed makers

Purchased this model and it worked for 8 days. Returned the model and tried the same model. This one worked 5 days. The models just stop working. If we had not purchased k cups we would bail on this kind of coffee maker. Will try another brand.

Didn't last a year of use

Bought this for a vacation home. I drink one large cup of coffee a day and this unit quit working at about 300 days of use. Way too expensive for such short life.

Love this new model

Our old Keurig died. We bought this model and it is the best one yet! Faster, sleeker, quieter and better tasting coffee. So happy with this purchase and the price is right!

Worst coffee maker

I bought this coffee maker 2 months ago. Very often there’s grinds in my cup. The descale light will not go out even though I followed all directions. WORST coffee maker ever. Bad job Keurig .

Defective

Only lasts about 3 months with occasion use. They sent me a replacement but it also died after 3 months of occasional use. They're aware of the issue. It's supposedly a software issue causing an auto shutdown....never to come on again.

Machine has a defect

This particular model has a defect that can happen when you descale the machine. The thermostat will go out and the whole machine will lose power. When you call keurig they tell you it's an old model and they offer you a coupon.

Worked great for a couple months, then, like other reviewers have mentioned. Just died. Figured I would give it a try despite reviews knowing that flukes happen. No fluke, no coffee, not happy.
