Only lasts about 3 months with occasion use. They sent me a replacement but it also died after 3 months of occasional use. They're aware of the issue. It's supposedly a software issue causing an auto shutdown....never to come on again.

I bought this last week and what a difference in the taste of coffee. I’m so glad I bought this Keurig coffee machine, very easy to use. I highly recommend this product.

Stopped working before year was up. Used it sparingly & tried disconnecting for an hour or pressing power button for 10 seconds with no success. Hopefully I can return for a new one.

I had the same maker pryer and made half the noise and it lasted all most 5 years making 4 coffees a day with no problems . I don't think this one will last as long.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I would NEVER PURCHASE another product for this manufacturer again. I have gone through 2 of these models in less then 1.5 Years. Absolute garbage, cheaply made !!!!!!

We’ve had ours for about three months now with no problems at all.Already did a descale on it, which was a breeze, after watching a YouTube video.All in all, it’s a winner!!

Right out of the box, it wouldn't power on, just like a lot of the reviews here said, good thing I ordered early before Christmas and Sam's had some in store. Took it back to Sam's and got another new one, that one is working so far.

I do not recommend this machine. I have wasted more coffee trying to get one good cup, it just does not function well! It was a gift, but i am about to replace it!
