Cappuccino

I love my new Keurig. The water reservoir lifts off for easy filling and the footprint is very minimum. I don’t have to set a clock and the brewing is much quicker than my other Keurig. Love the cappuccino color.

Sleek and easy to use

I received this brewer complimentary to leave a review. First of all, I am not a big coffee drinker. I wasn't sure how I would feel about this product since I'm not too familiar with coffee specs. The machine was easy to set up and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. The only thing that threw me off at first was the water filter as the instructions were in a separate pamphlet. I would suggest putting it all together in one book. Once we got it set up I tested out the over ice feature, and I love it! My partner loves the ability to make it stronger or weaker. It has a lot of easy to use functions and the machine itself is beautiful. It looks sleek and nice in my kitchen. As a teacher I might even have to move it to my classroom because it is so great. I think I will be using it for freshly brewed tea over the coffee. If you are someone who likes to customize your coffee preferences I would recommend this product.

Easy to use!

I have had this brewer for a few weeks now and let me tell you how awesome and easy it is. The design is less bulky and light weight from my original keurig brewer and it’s so sleek! I was bummed about not having a screen and a auto timer set but this machine does not have to heat up whatsoever. The machine literally stays on and ready to use. When you use the STRONG button you definitely get what you are asking for, it really does work! I can go on about this machine but would highly recommend anyone to purchase this bad boy! Major Improvement

*** I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.*** I LOVE this machine! I was just thinking about replacing my current machine when notified about this one. I am so beyond happy! It’s fast, smooth, and quiet. There’s an ‘Over Ice‘ option - Love it!! The versatility is great, the reservoir can be placed on the side or back. There is no waiting for the water to get hot... it’s ready as soon as you turn it on. Couldn’t be happier with this machine. Honestly I still may buy it as a gift.

Very Real Design Flaws

Since November, I have had FOUR (4) of the Multistreams, and each one just goes off never to be turned on again. That means, I have gone through a machine a month. The coffee is the best I have ever tasted, and that is why I kept trying, but as of today, stick a fork in me because I am done.

Like the look

Like the look..slimmer than old model ..great that there are different volumes to choose..8oz up to 12..nice to choose your strength of coffee however because of this feature it punctures more holes in the k cup and now I get grounds in my coffee.,do not like that..

For best results, we recommend one time use with our K-Cup pods. Reusing or rotating the K-Cup pod after brewing can cause overflow and coffee grounds. Worst coffee maker I ever purchased

Supposed to be more flavorful coffee due to multi stream technology. Water flows out the top of pod and if anything waters coffee down. A lot of clear water flows around pod and into cup. Very disgusted with this purchase and very shameful of Keurig fir their false promises.

Poor design

I bought this machine a month ago to replace my classic. The universal adapter for your own coffee work but leak water into cup and on counter. Not designed for your refillable adapters. I am sure it is great with k cups but I prefer to be my own coffee and not add to the garbage the k cups. I returned this maker and purchased the classic model that is better suited for k cup adapters.

K Cup Leaks

I bought the Keurig Supreme yesterday and a K Cup. The K Cup is not user friendly and overly complicated. In order to use the K Cup in this Keurig, you have to remove a piece from the Keurig (which took my forever to figure out and I finally found it on a youtube video from a customer). We made our first cup of coffee this morning and it was fine. Second and third cup leak water from the K Cup. Tried repositioning the red o-ring piece and nothing helps. I will be returning today.

Two units in and just stopped working

We bought our original unit in Oct of 2020, in Dec of 2020 it wouldn't turn on Keurig sent us a replacement, it stopped working three days ago. Yes it makes a better cup of coffee, but the lifespan of this coffeemaker is short lived. I have been on calls with customer service twice this time and never got a call back as promised - it's been days now I want another model as a replacement this time, (I'll pay the difference on the upgrade - whatever...I don't care we need coffee) it's obvious this model has issues. The calls keeps going to another department that blows me off. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL. PERIOD.
