Stopped working after descaling

Keurig STOPPED WORKING after descaling light turned on. Purchased it in November 2023 stopped working in March 2023. This is my 3 Keurig I will never purchase another one or recommend it to anyone.

Love this - should have got one sooner!

Saw this instant savings and picked it up. So easy to set up and nice size for my counter. Love that I can have my French Vanilla he can have his bold without wasting coffee. So far so good!

Died after 2 years but was able to fix it

When you descale it you need to let it cool down between cups or it will eventually overheat and die. If it does it can be fixed. Google it for directions.

So Disappointed

Bought this on 10/30/20; it quit working on 12/28/20. Plugged in, pressed power button and nothing comes on. Returned. Glad that I kept my old Keurig that has been working for years. This new model leaves much to be desired. Not recommended.

Cappuccino

I love my new Keurig. The water reservoir lifts off for easy filling and the footprint is very minimum. I don’t have to set a clock and the brewing is much quicker than my other Keurig. Love the cappuccino color.

Black remnants of coffee in my cups

I just bought this from Sam’s Club last week. I keep getting remnants of black coffee in my cups. I think I going to return this . Did a get a bad one? Photo won’t load:)

Didn't last six months

I replaced my previous keurig bc it kept tripping the GFCI outlet. I bought this one less than than six months ago, & it just started tripping the GFCI. This is a known, common problem with keurigs.

Great brewer for a few months. Poor durability.

I'm on my 3rd one in less than 18 months. Don't try to descale this thing. Keurig is doing the right thing and sending me a new one this time but it's still a hassle.

Great product!!

I have bought 2 of these within a week, one for our home and one for our weekend home. The price is $40 less than Amazon and comes with a pod for ground coffee and 3 boxes of coffee/hot cocoa. This is a great deal!

not happy

This was great at first, but after 7 months it just stopped working! Also had problems with the descale, light would never go off after I tried descale process 2-3 times! Will not buy again! Hope I can get my money back or in store credit!
